Socket Bayonets This is my rifle.  As soon as I get all the parts together, I'm replacing the handguards with freefloat rail block and replacing the gas block for that, too, then the stock, and mounting a bipod, grip, Scout-type scope and a set of BUIS's.

That's the purpose of a trench gun ... shot people in a trench and however ain't dead ... finish it with the bayonet ...

thunderrblunderr ... why the hell do you need a shotgun with a bayonet I prefer a blade thats why. But as the guy below you said it's a trench gun and the idea is that if someone comes around a corner and your unable to shoot them they can't get by you easily. Shotguns are for close up work the M590A1 is my close quarter weapon of choice in tight areas. Im having a bit of trouble with my bayonet though I need to figure out a way to tighten it down. I love that shotgun I plan to get a Saiga 12 latter.
