Haha i can beat that sac. I have a double bladed Pirate/new centery disign with a skull and cross bones design and the top parts of the bones become knives. The pirate/new centery Dagger i have goes with my sword it had a crystal at the end of the hilt with a smal skull and cross bones design like the sword. i have 16 different kinds of Knives from American Eagle to Frost Cutrly. I have a Neckless piece that u pull the bottom part off and it becomes a knife. Yes i am Obessed with Sharp things so watch out for Me. There Are Worst Things Than Death. There Is Me.

Those are nice, except for the whole "Pirate" thing lol Sorry as you know im a ninja guy myself. So a nice Katana, with a beautifully decorated guard and authentic Ray Skin wrapped handle suits me just fine lol. Tho i do have various other shapr object of mine i am fond of. One good brand of knifes and swords ive come to love is Cold Steel. Great quality edged weapons.

Katanas are overdone, everyone loves them, just because Anime hypes them up as being godly or something.
Give me a good Broadsword, longsword, or Scottish Claymore any day.

Tiny5th Katanas are overdone, everyone loves them, just because Anime hypes them up as being godly or something. Give me a good Broadsword, longsword, or Scottish Claymore any day. I like those two but the biggest problem is there weight. I can swing them but it takes a greater amount of energy, not to mention stopping and controlling the swing. I have a sword that was made for me by a friend based of a Double Edged sword, with a Hand and a Half handle. its fun but to heavy for a quick kill.

Claymores weren't designed for accuracy though, they were used in proper battlefield war, so as long as you swung it forwards you would hit someone. Thats a b*****d sword he made you, comparable to a Claymore, as is a katana if you think about it, theyre not that small, and also have hand and a half handles. Longswords and broadswords are 1 handed, so more comparable with a wakazashi.

I still have to love the Katana but I'm better in a combat position with a Scottish basket-hilted backsword. One of the world dirtiest little weapons.

You know True Damscus Steal doesnt exist any more? its stronger then anything we have been able to recreate. Scientist are studying it. The carbon in the metal formed tubes that gave it extra strength. Since how it was made was back was never writen down we still don't know how to re-create it.

while the katana is balanced and strong...i prefer western blades. the broadsword and claymore , although less a wepon of finesse, is my preferred blade.

There weight makes me pick a Katana first, The Broad Swords and Claymore, Etc. are several pounds more then a Katana. Not that i lack the strength to weild one, how ever id be much more agile with out the extra pounds razz
