At first I didnt like Jacob (but he happend to be the character i can relate too a lot....although i do realte with Bella)
I would say though my least favorite Character is.....Caius and Rosalie

 I started to hate Jacob after he imprinted Renesme. I was as pissed as Bella.

I really don't like Jacob at all....
In Twilight he was okay, a little annoying when he popped up randomly though. Then in New Moon he was bearable, nothing I couldn't stand. Like most Edward/Bella fans I started hating Jacob around page 330 of Eclipse, you know the page were he kissed Bella...My love was slowly starting to renew as Breaking Dawn went on, protecting the Cullens from Sam and everything...then it all kind of feel apart when he imprinted on Renesmee.
I don't hate Jacob as much as I did, but he's still down on the bottom of my list.
The very bottom of my list sits Rosalie...
No real story behind it, at the end of New Moon, and somewhat in Eclipse I thought she might become a much loved Cullen/Hale (whatever). But then she ruined it in Breaking Dawn, though she and Jacob are really funny together...
Just above Rosalie and slight under Jacob is the whole of the Volturi...Aro though is my favorite of all of the Volturi.

I loved when jacob imprinted on Renesmee, but i dont like Sam and billy mad me angry in the first book.

Definitely Aro. With his “brothers” following close behind. I mean, I thought he was pretty cool at the end of New Moon when he let them good. Even his sort of spastic nature was okay with me. He seemed like a nice character. But then in Breaking Dawn when he's working with his brothers to figure out a way to be able to destroy the Cullens... Yeah, that just lost me.
I admit that I was actually pretty angry at Jake they actually revealed that he had imprinted on Renesmee. I mean, I was basically cheering Bella on, hoping that she'd take a good sized chunk of him. Then I realized that his imprinting was actually probably a good thing. And it give Bella a legitimate claim on him now, too.

I gotta say James, Caius, and Rosalie are my least favorite. James because he nearly killed Bella; Caius because, well, the reasons are obvious there; and Rosalie because she could've cared less for Bella in Breaking Dawn (near the middle). I'm not very fond of Jacob either...

I really hate Caius. He pisses me off. I also used to hate Jacob, but now he has Nessie...So, yeah. James is another person.
