A black fog covers the entire Hoenn region, blocking out even the sky. The climate changes, and many of the pokemon change as well. People here are dreary, and rain falls heavily onto the fields, making for a great many tropical storms. But there are also some dry spells as well, some of the more inland cities are so hot and dry, where there was once rivers, there are only pathways of dirt. With the elements going out of wack one tends to wonder about the health of the Legends Groudon and Kyogre....
