It is here that you can meet Norman, who's currently teaching his younger son to handle the gym. There's one really full lake in the town, in fact, flooding is a given since it's been raining all the time. I wouldn't take the roads these days, the local beach is gone and shadow pokemon litter the landscape. Norman himself is at a loss as to what to do, but he keeps the shadow pokemon out well enough.
