This is what I like to call, 'the Rich People's home'. Here you'll meet with Roxanne, the rock loving student that gets all A's. Her gym's right near the trainer's school, where lots of people come to learn about pokemon. There's also the Devon Corp. the Hoenn version of Siph Co. This place has pretty much been untouched by the chaos of the rest of the region...but it seems a certain group we all know and hate has gotten a pretty strong stranglehold on this town. Shadow Knights keeps it's corner tucked away right in the heart of the Devon building itself.
I'll be playing Roxanne....again. She won't battle you though...too busy.
