This is the home of Austin Aires and his father. It is not overly large, but spacious enough. Austin would call it, "Not a bad place to live."
There're two stories. The first floor has the kitchen, a living room, a half-bathroom, a small work-out area, and an office which is mostly dominated by Austin, but technically for his father - when he's home - and his bank related work.
Upstairs, three bedrooms (One master), and a full bath. Yes, there are closets throughout the place.

The guest room at 1408 Norris Ave was set-up mostly for Ames Oual. The chief detective had a small home out of town, but he spent most of his time in Delmor living with his brother-in-law and his nephew. The house was empty. Lucas usually wasn’t home, and that didn’t surprise him, but he was too tired to seriously question where Austin had gone.
Oual very quickly showered and changed back into his work clothes. He pocketed his phone and suited up. He scribbled a note to Austin and Lucas that he’d be on a leave to Capital City. It was basically a carbon copy of what he’d just sent to his offices.
“Austin’s not home,” Oual told Don as they pulled into 1408 Norris Ave. “If he was there’d be the ugliest automobile in the world in front.”
The Chief Detective squinted towards the windowsill, a silhouette, even darker than the night cast a shadow onto his wall. Oual thrust his covers off and leapt out of bed, he eyed his holstered gun on the nightstand next to him, but then decided against it. The Mastermind had entered this way before.
“Okay. Well, can you tell me what you did today in response to Cross’ death? I’m sure you arrested someone. If you didn’t, there’d be some civil unrest, and all the other cops on my case would be petrified that they were next.”
