I am not one to judge though seeing as this guild is 'dead' it should be sold or cleaned up in some manner.
There are people who want to begin their own guild and maintain it's 'life'. They could use this space better than it currently sits- useless and inactive.
Are there any other options besides leaving this guild as is into to the future?
