The Sand Mines is the hidding place of a few Jedi. They hide here because there is a mine field all around it and if one person steped on a mine they would be blown away. In the center of all the mines is a small empty hut where the Jedi hide, there is also a small hatch thet leads under ground so the jedi can sneek out and get food and water.
