Name: RegulusofSlytherin Nickname(s): Reggie, Reggie-kun, Regulus, Reg, Cub, and Lussy-chan Age: 18 Birthday: April 1 Favorite HP Book and why: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban because that is where we get our first look at Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot, and Prong and Harry's backstory. When reading the first book, it had bothered me that Harry did learn or even try to learn more about his parents- whom I was intensly curious about. Favorite Character and why: Regulus, because I can adapt him to be anyway I want. I have a fan fic of Regulus, and my characterization for him is how I imagine him. I'll admit, I've fallen in love with the adorable and innocent young boy I've created at when I remember what I must do to him in the end nearly kills me. Least favorite HP Book and why: Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix, mostly because Harry was channeling Voldemort and being all angsty and stuff. It bothered me. Least favorite HP character and why: Professor Lockheart. He is just so full of himself that I want to hurt him. Badly. Favorite Book besides Harry Potter: The Silmarillion, The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings. Where in the world would you like to go?: I want to go to Scotland and Ireland. What HP location would you like to visit most?: I would like to see Flourish and Blotts the most, I think. So many books, so little time. What HP event would you like to see? THE QUIDDITCH WORLD CUP! Even if it is only a fictional game, I am obsessed with Quidditch. I would die happy if I could see the cup. What position would you play in Quidditch and why? Keeper. I've always played goalie in soccer and hockey. I enjoy it and, in my opinion, I'm pretty good at it. What's your favorite brand of tooth paste? Crest Vanilla Mint. Favorite HP Book and why: I think Order of the Phoenix. We meet Luna for the first time, Neville takes more of a role, the Ministry finally realizes how stupid it's been, and the general plot. Plus, we got to really hate a character. Umbridge! We were meant to hate her, and we love it!
Favorite Character and why: I'd have to say Luna and Remus.
Least favorite HP Book and why: Probably Half-Blood Prince, simply because it wasn't on par with the rest of them. I was disappointed by how JK went about it.
Least favorite HP character and why: Umbridge. As I said, it's just so easy to hate her.
Favorite Book besides Harry Potter: So...hard...*whimpers*
Where in the world would you like to go?: Engalnd. I've always wanted to visit there. Plus they have the coolest accents.
What HP location would you like to visit most?: Hogwarts. More specifically, the library. *drools*
What HP event would you like to see? The Quidditch World Cup.
What position would you play in Quidditch and why? Probably Beater, if only because I can hit things incredibly hard. And that's the postition that I'd like to have.

Favorite HP Book and why: Half-Blood Prince. I thought that Rowling's style had improved ten-fold by the time this book came out. It was the best written, it was funny, and it left me with a lot to think about.
Favorite Character and why: Luna Lovegood, because she provides both good comic relief and a serious look at the way people with different beliefs are treated. Plus, she's not afraid to be herself.
Least favorite HP Book and why: Order of the Phoenix. I always say because it was too long, and then I go through it and wonder, "What could she have taken out?" The "mystery" part of the plot was drawn out far too long. Harry's characterization was wonderful, the extra characters were wonderful, but the plot itself needed work. It got really old, reading about Harry's dreams of a locked door.
Least favorite HP character and why: Erm, Umbridge? From a distant, analytical standpoint I like all the characters as well-thought out, developed personalities. Umbridge, though, is a toad.
Favorite Book besides Harry Potter: Wicked, Tolkien's works, 1984, Stargirl, and the works of Jane Austen, to name a few.
Where in the world would you like to go?: Back to London, and from there to the rest of the UK.
What HP location would you like to visit most?: Hogsmeade, because I'd like to visit Honeydukes and Zonkos, and maybe even Madame Puddifoot's.
What HP event would you like to see? Probably the Quidditch World Cup, because I'm a sports fanatic.
What position would you play in Quidditch and why? I'd be the commentator because I'm horrible at sports.

Nickname(s): Hard to nickname my username, but I'm sometimes known as the female Snape or some variation thereof.
Age: 23-ish
Birthday: November 24
Favorite HP Book and why: Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, for various reasons-- mostly because Lupin was the best Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher they had, and I loved the twist at the end, and the whole thing with the Time-Turner. (I've always had a bit of a thing for time travel.) And, backstory on things is always good. A close second is Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, again because of backstory. Finding out about Voldemort's past fascinated me... I've always had an interest in why evil people are evil, the criminal mind, stuff like that.
Favorite Character and why: I can't pick just one here again... I love the Weasley Twins because they add a lot of humour...not only that, they are very clever, and not afraid to bend or break a few rules. The other character who fascinates me right now is Severus Snape. He's got a mysterious past that we're just now learning about in the past couple of books, and even after reading various theories and such about why he did what he did in Half-Blood Prince, I'm still not entirely sure whose side he's really on.
Least favorite HP Book and why: There isn't actually one I don't like. I like them all, for various reasons.
Least favorite HP character and why: Other than Umbridge, who was meant to be hated, I'd have to say Percy Weasley. I don't like brown-nosing little sycophants to begin with, and the way he treated his family was just horrid.
Favorite Book besides Harry Potter: Just about anything by Stephen King, J.R.R. Tolkien, or Robin Cook. I'm also getting into books by Jeffrey Deaver. Basically if it's either horror, fantasy, or mystery I'll try it.
Where in the world would you like to go?: I've always said that the thing I wanted most was to see Stonehenge before I die, so I'd like to go there. Actually a tour of the British Isles in general would be good.
What HP location would you like to visit most?: Oooh... I'd like to see the Department of Mysteries, actually... that, or Honeydukes. I'd love to try a real Fizzing Whizbee.
What HP event would you like to see? the Quidditch World Cup, hands down.
What position would you play in Quidditch and why? I think I'd probably be a Beater or a Chaser... a Beater because I'm pretty good at smacking things away from me and to other places, or a Chaser because I'm fairly good at throwing and catching.

Least favorite HP Book and why: Chamber of Secrets. It's not as good as the others sweatdrop
