I applied to become a moderator of the site, since the actual staff is nigh useless and semi-retarded. Much to my chagrin, I log on after a hiatus from Gaia (not on purpose- Internet provider died on us) to find this in my message box:

I like how it's all computer generated reasons. I wonder how they believe that I can grow and that my skills in "Recent Terms of Service violation" (which is bull- I haven't done anything wrong yet~) and "Animosity towards others on staff" can grow. Maybe they expect me to hate them more? biggrin
Either way, I can't help but feel a tad bit let down. At least we can hope that this new swarm of Mods aren't as irredeemably stupid as the ones we currently have. biggrin

Well, they release a moderator application every now and then. I forget exactly what the URL is, but it is Gaia. It's a simple application, too- only about ten questions.

Pancakes-go-rawr o.thx.u should try again. I may when they do it again, honestly. I'm just kinda angry that I got a stupid response back for my initial application. If you're going to use a computer generated message, you'd think they'd at least make it coherent.

Ha ha. Well, I can't call all of them stupid... Most of them, yes. I have a great deal of respect for some of them- such as Beramode who seems to be one of the few mods that has earned my respect. But honestly, Gaia's been pretty stupid for the past few months... and it's all getting worse IMO. x_x
