I like Simon too, because he isn't afraid to hurt someone's feelings to tell them how they sound. I mean hey, if he doesn't tell you, you'll find out when no one gives you a record deal...

I think that Paula is my favorite because she doesn't come strait out and tell the singer that they completely suck... she tells them easily so their feelings wont be hurt. =)
