'Kay, here's what I want.
I want Shikamaru to call Neji 'babe' or 'baby'.and I want Neji's reaction. ANND, most importantly, I want it to be in character >/
I don't care if it's fanart or fanfiction or..y'know, whatever you can come up with.
I just imagine Neji wouldn't take to the nickname too kindly. 'I am not a baby!' but I think it'd be cute nonetheless.

When I say 'in character' in this context, I have to be a little bit vague. Because, technically, the whole scenario in itself is sort of OOC. I really just mean no extreme OOCness with swooning and shoujo-bubbles and mangaflowers. Something vaguely realistic would be nice.

I could probably manage that.
(Hey wait! I already did in CC chapter 2. Shikamaru says to an unconscious Neji, "Baby, it looks like you're mine" before they supposedly ninja-poof back to have hawt secks [to be written eventually].)

That could be a perfect prompt for a one-shot! I think I could try pulling that off, just give me a little while to get at it. sweatdrop Damn school.
Let me get the information straight so I can write what you want:
You want Shikamaru and Neji in character. (or as close as possible xp )
You want Shikamaru to call Neji "baby" in some fashion. (which I think would be really fun to write 4laugh )
Now do you want it to be cannon or can it be AU? Personally it doesn't matter much to me; both can be really fun to write.
And would you prefer teenager-age or more adult-age?
...I think that's all the questions I have for now. Please let me know and I'd be more than happy to write this for you!!

Mhm, that was basically what I'd had in mind. I prefer canon universe, but if it comes out AU then I really won't complain. At all. I'm incredibly not picky...
Concerning age; I'm not really particular. If we're talking real, physical relationships then I tend to prefer them to be very late teens or adults [say 18-20something]; but I do find the young love thing to be pretty cute, too.
To an extent o.O
Certainly no younger than canon manga ages, anyway.
So..like...yeah; that's really up to you.
Have I mentioned that sldkfjdsfkldsgdskjfs ilu!!?
