Since there's a lot of threads relating to this concept but not an exact thread in this subforum about it I'm going to be pretentious and make one.
Questions to be answered: Where do you buy YOUR wigs from? Where can we get the highest quality wigs from? How to care for/style wigs? Average price for a GOOD, QUALITY wig?
I'll put up the answers on the first post when they're posted. If this thread is unnecessary, please delete.

Where do you buy YOUR wigs from? Cosworx and ebay mostly but only for a few buyers I get all my wigs from.
Where can we get the highest quality wigs from? Cyperous, though be prepared to pay for it. These are not made of Kanekelon like most wigs and claim to be heat resistant. They're lovely but you really need to think if you want to spend $60+ on an unstyled wig without shipping that you're going to wear just a few times a year.
How to care for/style wigs? I've heard lots of people say that gel doesn't work but to be honest that's a load of rubbish! I use matte hair gel for all my wigs and it works wonders! General rules for caring for any wig is: - No hot tools, this is plastic and it can and will melt. Only use hot water or a hair dryer on a very low setting if you want to style it. - Use wide toothed combs or a flat brush with flexible bristles. Round or very hard brushes will tangle and damage a wig. - Wash wigs using cold water and a little conditioner then leave hanging straight down to dry. - Try to keep wigs either on wig heads or in the bag they came in with the hair net on, it'll keep the style tidy and stop it from just being a mass of hair when you get it out again. - More of a tip for caring for your costume; don't go below Kanekelon quality and most certainly don't go for "party wigs" they're cheap for a reason. They're horrible quality and will ruin the overall look of your costume.
Average price for a GOOD, QUALITY wig? Average price for a good Kanekelon wig is around $20-30 but can be as low as $10 on ebay and still be great quality. Cosworx is great but somewhat expensive for longer wigs especially when shipping internationally is added.
