I was playing around with your Making an Energy Ball technique, and I discovered an interesting application purly on accident.
I woke up at six o'clock this morning, and I hadn't gone to bed early enough. Anywho, I was getting ready for work when I sat down to play with the energy ball technique some more. I got the ball going, and I was concentrating on it for a good couple minutes. My face got itchy, and I didn't want to ground the ball yet, so I kept my hands cupped and brought them to my face to itch it, and the way my hands were shaped, it was like I was trying to gulp up a drink of water. Anywho - as soon as my hands held my face, the ball got reabsorbed in. It made me awake and alert. I was very pleased.

Wonderful! I will have to attempt that one of these mornings when the toddler wakes me up at the crack of dawn.

Neat! I tried it a few days ago but didn't have time to post until now. I was standing in my basement and focusing the energy in my hands, letting it grow until it was about the size of a baseball. When I tried stopping it, it seemed like it wanted to grow bigger, and my hands were shaking like crazy. After taking a deep breath or two I put more energy into making it smaller, absorbing the energy and grounding. I've also tried grounding in a way that does not get rid of all the energy, but leave enough to keep me awake and feeling energized. I'll have to try you're wake up trick, Viscerim. Sounds like something really useful.
