What is your favourite Zeppelin song? Do you have one? If so, what is your all-time favourite? Why?

Tangerine, brings back memories (happy and unhappy), because I can relate to it. It's a beautifully depressing song.

Good call.
Mine would be How Many More Times, mostly because of that danceable bassline and almost mindless lyrics. : D

I almost never listen to Stairway to Heaven. It's already overplayed, so I don't want to ruin it for myself. I listen to it once in a blue moon, but when I do, it reminds me of how beautiful it is.
Physical Graffiti is mah favrit, along with Zeppelin I. Too bad most of Zeppelin I is borrowed material. D:

To be honest my favourite song is Stairway to Heaven, though every time I tell a Zeppelin fan, they think me some sort of "poser". I personally don't find the "overplayed" claim relevant (this, however, is coming from one whose entrance into this genre of music was facilitated by a 24-hour repeat-marathon of Comfortably Numb, followed by a similar 24-hour period of nothing but Stairway. I didn't sleep much in those days...), and I find the "overrated" claim absolutely infuriating. I do like other songs though (all of them, in fact), and some of your favourites are some of mine. Just out of curiosity, how many people here like The Crunge?

My favorite?
Hmm... No Quarter, The Rain Song, Going to California, That's the Way, The Wanton Song, Achilles Last Stand, The Song Remains the Same, In My Time of Dying, and I reaaally enjoy listening to Bonzo's Montreux.
I was crazy to think that I would only name a couple.

oooh, Going to California is also one of my favorites. <3
as for Stairway, i also don't think it is overrated for it is a great song which can teach you most of the guitar chords if you learn all of it... but you have to admit that it is constantly butchered by mediocre guitarists.. i like the crunge. x3
haha does anybody remember the "No Stairway" sign at the guitar shop in Wayne's World? xD
