The History
We begin with the world of Neo Tokyo. Everything is in disarray. Sailor Moon has recently been crowned "Neo Queen Serenity" after she restored peace to Tokyo. So, they have built the peaceful Neo Tokyo. A new Silver Millenium has begun, or so they thought. Only to find out that a new villain is on her way.
Luna and Artemis have discovered the arrival. They immediately tell Neo Queen Serenity. She tells that scouts that she must go and meet the intruder. The scouts all want to go along with her, but will she let them?
Where Everyone is At
Everyone is gathered in the great throne room. Endymion is pacing in a separate room, while Neo Queen Serenity is trying to convince the scouts that if she lets them come, the enemy might become hostile and attack.

Usagi's Post:
"I have decided that I must make this journey alone for the simple fact that the enemy may become hostile and attack the citizens of Neo Tokyo. If I allow all of you to come, then who would stay and protect the town?" Usagi pointed out.
"But what about the state that you are in?" Luna questioned, pointing to Usagi's rounding belly. She was six months pregnant with Chibi-Usa.
"I don't believe that the enemy will be violent enough to attack me on our first meeting...at least I hope not," Usagi argued.
Luna coughed. "You are as stubborn as always. But, you won't win this time. At least take two of the other scouts with you. Otherwise, something might go seriously wrong. Please listen to me this once, won't you?"
Usagi's brow furrowed. "Well...I guess you're right. Who wants to go with me?"

Zabuza'a Post!
*Zabuza was in the background, he was always, and always will be. He looked like a mere council member, dressed in robes and glasses. His white hair was not present, instead long brown hair flowed down. Zabuza had a council hat on. He actually looked very intelligent, but if you know Zabuza...he is more cunning then anyone. He overheard the discussion from Usagi to the scouts and smirked ever so slightly, picking up everything*

She was coming towards the city on her giant flying ship. She sat at the bridge with all of the ship's powers at her controls. She grinned. "Soon...The Queen shall be no more...and it is I who will become Queen...it's all fun and games..."

Usagi turned her attention back to the scouts. "Hotaru, did you also want to come with me? I think you may be the only other scout willing to help out."

"Thank you, Minako," Usagi said.
Usagi grabbed both Minako and Rei's hands.
"Sailor Teleport!!!" she yelled, with both her comrades. They were transported outside of earth, and flew towards the enemy's ship. ((I guessed it was your ship, Super Sailor Moon ^.^)) There, the door opened and Usagi, Minako, and Rei all landed inside of the ship. The door shut firmly behind them...
"I hope they are friendly..." Usagi trailed off.

((OOC: I'm not sure how the Chibi-Usa thing is going to work. I believe that we should have it like a soap opera timeline for kids. You know, how they get older very quickly. Maybe, we could let Chibi-Usa grow a year older every month after she is born. That way, the person who controls her would actually be able to play her. We could stop her age at whatever her player wants her to stop. What do you think?))

Curtsying, Usagi stepped a little closer.
"I have come to officially welcome you. We are the protectors of Neo Tokyo. As it is our duty, we have come to welcome you and, also, to ask your business here," Usagi said. She rested her hands upon her belly, where the future scout was growing.
