What's your favorite vampire myth or legend? The classic story of an undead man roaming the earth sucking blood from anyone and any thing, the cartoonish vampire with incredible powers, or the simple and elegant social night goer? Whatever you like, simply write a small paragraph about it by first explaining what style of myth it is, what the myth itself is, and where/how you got the idea. You can make up something totally new and untold, if you'd like. But in any case, let us hear it! mad d
Vampires with a unique special power comes to mind. When walking the night isn't enough anymore, those who dared to practice the the craft of sciences and willing to sacrifice their own lives for the vampire race as a whole now dared to defy the gods with new life giving and destructive abilities. The first came from reading some of The Vampire Chronicles, written by Anne Rice, combined with the pure amusement of newer technologies at the time coming out. Along with all of that, I'd just started watching Trinity Blood around the time I got into the third book from the VC series. How interesting it would be to see these cybernetic vampires roam the world.

I love the Vampire Chronicles, I've read every one (there's at least 10), but Stephen King's 'Salem's Lot is really good, The Underworld movies, or the old fashioned Dracula xd
