This is a story involving human into Pokemon morphing that I have been developing in my mind on and off for 10 years now. I was inspired by matadair's (sp?) story to post it here. I am new here, so if this is in the wrong place, please tell me. Also, I would love any suggestions on the storyline, or to make it into an rp.

The lab in which Mewtwo was created had been destroyed by Mewtwo (Pokemon: the First Movie). However, many of the scientists escaped the fire and despite the powerful monster Mewtwo they had created they continued their foul work under the supervision and funding of Team Rocket. You see, Giovanni had become rather fond of the all powerful Mewtwo, but it had escaped him and he desired another indestructible Pokemon. He invested millions and millions of dollars into that work.

Meanwhile, in Fuchsia city, two twin boys had recently been born. One named Isaac, the other JT. They were little over two months old and their parents loved them and cared for them deeply. However, one night, a full moon out, there were stealthy footsteps outside the family's house. "Oh no! What was that?" cried the wife. Her husband tried calming her down, "It's nothing dear, don't worry about it, go back to sleep." He, however, was also feeling a chill in his spine. Then there was a CRASH through the window.

The next morning, the town was in great sorrow, for they discovered that someone had murdered those parents, and the children were nowhere to be found. Apparently, these murders and kidnappings have been going on all over the Kanto region, and no one knew who was behind the terrible crimes. A year later, these crimes ceased, yet there was still no evidence of the horrible criminals behind them.

7 years later...
Isaac and JT, along with other kidnapped children, were raised by Team Rocket and the genetic scientists on an uninhabited island. There were many tried and failed attempts to fuse some of the children's DNA with that of a Pokemon's. At first Rocket was only using DNA from children and Pokemon who were considered weak, so that nothing would go wrong as it did in the Mewtwo incident. Finally, the first success was the combination of a Jigglypuff and a girl named Rose. Rocket had noticed that Rose was very fond and talented at singing, so they figured that perhaps this quality would make it easy for her to fuse with the Jigglypuff, and they were correct. They soon discovered the secrets to fusing other children. Thousands of dollars were spent to fuse a boy with samples from the three legendary birds and from grass Pokemon to create a grass/flying type legendary bird. At last, Rocket had enough power to achieve their true goal. Isaac was the only child left to be fused.

Team Rocket, somehow, successfully recaptured a Mewtwo (Astonishingly, this was not the same Mewtwo that Rocket had originally created, so they believe that Mew and Mewtwo had bred in the wild). Some reports indicate that this was largely thanks to Butch and Cassidy. In any case, Rocket worked furiously hard to not only fuse Isaac with Mewtwo, but to also add and change other genes to create a more powerful monster than ever before. After a long time of back-breaking work, they believed they had succeeded.

When a human is fused with a Pokemon, the human is the dominant form taken. However, when faced with powerful emotion or danger, the humans change into the Pokemon whose DNA has been combined with their own. They also have some of the abilities their Pokemon has while still in human form. With practice, the human can change form at will. However, when in Pokemon form, the Pokemon's mind takes over, which may be a good or a bad thing.

Now living conditions for the children were similar to that of a jail. The children were never seriously harmed for Giovanni did not want scratch's on any of his 'pets'. However, they were often humiliated, and mistreated. So Isaac and JT had become mischief makers during their 7 years in captivity. Rose joined in with them too, sometimes, but they often discouraged her from it because they were usually caught and punished. Despite all of Rocket's dumb ideas of trying to get the children to like the idea of being Pokemon for the boss, all the children hated them anyways. Especially Isaac and JT.

The children were trained daily in combat, in both human and Pokemon form, except Isaac who was forbidden to use his Pokemon form. He only entered into the form once, that was, when he was first infused with the Mewtwo and other DNA samples. Only a select few Rockets gazed upon this ultimate figure, and none of the children had any idea of what it looked like. Isaac could not tell any of the other children what his Pokemon form looked like because, he didn't know. He had forgotten everything that happened while in his Pokemon form.

After years of planning, JT and Isaac finally make their escape from the island. They are sparring with each other in human form but Pokemon abilities (JT's grass/flying moves vs. Isaac's psychic skill). They are supposed to be learning to take orders from Rocket members as if they are being trained as Pokemon, but they often ignore Rocket and go with their better judgment. Also, since they are best friends, they do not like to hurt each other badly, so they often plan 'mistakes' and choreograph their battles to look as though they are trying their hardest when they are really just messing around. Isaac winks at JT, JT gives a slight nod and then all hell breaks loose. Isaac and JT start fighting the Rocket members, and because of their power, more and more Rockets have to come to try and stop them. They defeat them all. More and more come, more are defeated. Soon all the scientists and Rockets are desperately attempting to KO these two 7 year old boys. Meanwhile, Rose has freed all the other children from their cells and she is leading them to shore, where they have been secretly building rafts for quite some time. They go unnoticed, as JT and Isaac have the entire group engaged in combat. They escape from the island. Soon, JT and Isaac start to get overwhelmed. Although their power is immense, Rocket's numbers have become too great. It is 100+ to 2. 'It's time' JT says. He then starts whispering to Isaac every phrase and sentence sure to tick him off. He does everything to cause Isaac's emotions to rise. Soon Isaac starts going crazy from it. Then, slowly, Isaac starts to transform. JT sees this and, because he has already mastered the art of controlling his transformations, he changes into the grass bird, and flies off to catch up to the boats.

Isaac grows into a 10 story high giant Mewtwo-ish creature. DNA from giant Pokemon cause this. He also has four spikes on his back, which have spikes on them, which have spikes on them. His tail also has double layered spikes on it. His face looks as though it has a crazed smile on it. Team Rocket dubs this form 'Mewthree.' He immediately starts laying waste to Rocket and the scientists and also the whole laboratory and island. His huge body and spikes easily tear down trees and buildings. His immense psychic energy also causes chaos and destruction on the island. Soon, all the Rockets are gone and the lab is demolished. Much of the island is in bad shape too. Then, Rose appears in front of him, her eyes full of tears. Mewthree roars at her, but then she starts singing. Her gentle, beautiful voice is heard by the beast, and it no longer has any will for destruction. Slowly, it shrinks, and morphs backs into the boy Isaac, unconscious. You see, Rocket had Mewthree caged and heavily secured the first time Isaac transformed, and after multiple attempts to revert him to his human form, the only thing that worked was Rose's voice.

Rose carries Isaac to her boat and paddles as long as she can.
