So what are the worse injures you've suffered while playing sports?
I haven't had too many just a sprained ankle a long time ago. Then a sprained toe...at least thats what I call it but I'm sure it was dislocated at one point.

im injury-prone...
lets see... ive sprained 2 many things 2 list.. but i haven't broken anything (yet!), quite a few bloody noses in basketball.. and tendinitis in my knee from a basketball drill (my friend ran me into a wall, good thing i had knee pads..)
i hope my list stops there (but i know it won't..)

Okay wow let me make a list -8 sprained fingers -broke left wrist -multiple sprains on ankles -dislocated thumb -messed up shoulder
yes i get injured quite a lot but i heal rather quickly

Multiple cramps.
I swear they were everywhere.
On my hip, my calf, my foot, my big toe, and my other toes.
TIP: Warm up before every game. xd

I've had cramps from drinking too much water/energy drink ...

1 time i got a cramp after a game, actualy the day after, and it was my leg so walking was hard... and it happened on a snow day, even better...

Ouch o_o how do you even get rid of a cramp. I've never had one before o:
I don't usually get injured...though I remember this one kid on the team aggravated my toe. Just happened to hit me right on the toe and missed the ball completely in soccer.
@Drill How do you get a cramp in each of you're toes. That sounds like a fakers injuries. Just kidding. xp

Lol if you experienced it you wouldn't say that.
I have always been receptive to cramps, I dont know why. Even Gatorade won't cure it.
Btw, my hips have been hurting a lot more than usual ever since Im trying to learn to skateboard lol.

its really bad when your obliques cramp up, my cramp so bad i can't breathe!
1 time playing basketball my friend almost broke my toe, twice! she actualy broke the toe nail inside my foot, so like 4-5 months later, my toe was sorta, messed up...

i fell off the monkey bars in the park & sprained my arm.....matter of fact i sprained my arm 3 times (1) on the monkey bars (2) playing football (3) playing bball other injuries: 1 dislocated chin rofl 2 swolen leg 3 torn tissues 4 strain muscle 5 muscle spasm the list goes on

Calf Strain (I get these often when I workout and then go play a sport), sprained fingers, bruises and cuts. Nothing special smile

i bruise waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay 2 easy... and cause of my knee, it hurts 2 bend down, so i can't stretch as well, and i end up pulling things, alot......

CELTIC GIRL 6 i bruise waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay 2 easy... and cause of my knee, it hurts 2 bend down, so i can't stretch as well, and i end up pulling things, alot...... You can do some of the major stretches without bending down rofl , you just need to be sitting and reaching or lying on your back/stomach.
