So, questions, views, opinions?
Personally, we've moved into the realms the unknown, kick-a**, and bloody awesome. I loved season three, but on a rewatch it becomes a lot weaker. Basically because you know that the storylines so meticulously created in seasons 1 and 2 had to be disected and shelved for season 3. But we're back for season 4. Par example, I don't think Lilith was meant to be carried onto season 4. I'll explain why later.
The die-hards will be able to do a lot of guesswork. From the handprint, I knew Dean had been 'pulled out' of Hell. Sure, that's obvious. I also knew the psychic would be injured. That was obvious too.
Sam's secret powers are awesome, especially how he can now condemn a demon to Hell just by MIND BULLETS! That's Telekenisis, Kyle. xp
Ruby back, but no Katie Cassidy? While I do like the new actress, I adore Katie crying .
She also confirms my tiered-ranking demon system. whee
Castiel, is an angel! My opinion on angels in the show - it rocks, and it sucks. I know Kripke is Christian, but it kinda pisses me off that there is an actual God in the show and that he is a God who is superior to other Gods, such as the Pagan scarecrow, anti-claus and trickster Gods. But, the guys have created their own universe, and we have to accept that. May not agree with the Christian faith - but I don't kick off when the fantasy fiction characters pray to a fictional God who exists in that universe.
But on the good side - the demons come outta hell, start kicking a**, and now the angels are sent in. And the demons are s**t scared. That sounds awesome.

I love season 4, it has a lot of new material, as you said, with the angels and everything, but its awesome, they've especially made some seriously funny episodes this season, lol
