Now, I know that most people here either have a person who they're either married to/engaged to that they talk about, but mine is just my boyfriend..
My boyfriend and I have been dating for a pretty long time, for a relationship started in high school. About 2 years, that's pretty long in my book.
Anyways, the other day his dad took him to talk to an Army Reserves recruiter...
I know the army reserves isn't as dangerous as other sections, nor does the training usually last that long. But that doesn't keep me from being freaked out about it.
The kind of relationship we have, I could probably say "Don't go" and he wouldn't. But, I don't think I want to be that selfish...
I'm not even sure that he wants to do it, though. I feel like his dad is pushing him...
Should I just, as much as I don't want him to go, support him or what?
Turns out on Tuesday I'm supposed to go eat dinner with him and one of the guys from the program to ask questions. What kind of questions would be good to ask?
