Here is the official topic wherein all discussions will be made about "GasuKan", the local 'traveling' cosplay gathering that meets up every month (at different and interesting locations, for the sake of having cool backgrounds for photos). Oh, and it also has a unique set of themes, too (one defines what costume, the other defines what props/accessories; of course, these aren't at all mandatory and exist for the fun of those who wish to abide by them and can be interpreted any way that you please).
GasuKan's a dual pun, created out of the fact that it began at Gasworks Park ("Gasworks-Con"/"Gas-Can"). It was created by a dedicated girl who's best known by her online name of "Kumi-chan", and who sadly of recent has decided to step down from being in charge (namely due to the stress it's put on her from being the only person running it, especially now that there's been like over 100 people showing up sometimes). It's now been entrusted to the capable hands of a small team of loyal/passionate "GKers" to run things, and I am quite honored and proud to be one of them.
I will post in here the official dates and themes of each GK gathering (and if possible, any mini groups that fellow GKers are in charge of), and I highly implore that anyone making comments on these, please state neatly at the top of all your posts that it's for that specific month's GK (that way folks won't get confused by old posts for gatherings that already happened). May seem weird, but it's for organizational-sake.
