Deberiefing D rank: Stakeout A local store owner's been complaining about common thefts as of late. A team of genin and one jounin are recommended to give the new ninja a chance to learn how to mask their pressence and gather intelligence from a distance. You are to find the thief, learn his identity, and nothing else. If things get dicey, the jounin instructor will handle the combat completely. Recommended ranks: 1 jounin, 3 genin (one of the assigned teams) Risks: If discovered, the thief may act agressively towards the team. Extra reward: The shop owner has decided to help the stakeout with free meals.

Stakeout Mission statistics.
During the stakeout mission, Iro has decent abilities. He would rank as a skilled chuunin, but is nothing beyond ordinary in that regard. Iro's opening move is often a summoning. Calling forth Wolves. During this mission, Iro should only sense the jounin after being confronted. He wears a mask, making ranged surveillance nearly impossible in the dark. In the dark Iro will mistake the jounin leader for a lower ranked ninja. If Iro only senses the jounin, one wolf is summoned. The animal has a bite mark missing from it's ear, but other than that, it's a normal timber wolf with a ninja headband about it's neck. This wolf is very quick and has teeth that can crack rocks by channeling chakra into it's jaw. Treat the wolf as an additional character who behaves loyally to Iro, but not necesarily about to die for him.
If Iro senses the genin, he summons 3 more wolves. A grey wolf, a black wolf, and a white wolf. These wolves are slightly smaller than the timber wolf, and are to be made to hold off the genin. The wolves can hold kunai in their mouths and make decent ranged attacks with them with a jerk of the head. Each wolf is marked as gaioh by an earing emblem with the gaioh wing

Euria strolled into the store where he was supposed to meet Manndar. His hands were at his sides, his cloak covering his entire torso and his mouth. He swiftly walked over to Manndar and stood next to him. It seemed that he was recruited for this mission due to the fact that he was quiet enough to be good for stealth and intelligent enough for information gathering.
"Euria Sunadayne, Here and ready Manndar." he spoke.

Sitez peeked into the doorway of the shop uncertainly. She had visited a nearby shop before this one, thinking it was where they were supposed to meet, and had found herself in the wrong place. Spotting Manndar she continued inside and said a short hello before standing on one side of him. She noticed a boy on the other side of Manndar who she didn't recognize and wondered vaguely who he was.

She had visited a nearby shop before this one, thinking it was where they were supposed to meet, and had found herself in the wrong place. Spotting Manndar she continued inside and said a short hello before standing on one side of him. She noticed a boy on the other side of Manndar who she didn't recognize and wondered vaguely who he was. "Sitez, glad to see you made it. Once Kobushi arrives, I'll go over the game palne." Manndar paused briefly but then got the lightbuld just went on looke on his face. "Oh, by the way, this is Euria. He too is a genin, and he'll be with us on the mission today."

((Sorry I haven't been on. Been playin' my new old games lately.))
"Okay. Which one was it again? Oh yeah, that one!"
Kobushi was standing outside, looking at the shop, and the one across the street. He peeked into one, and nobody he really knew was in there, so by prosess of elimination, it had to be... Well, you know.
He entered the other building, quickly spotting his team mates, minus one. As he was walking over to them, Kobushi scanned the shelves, seeing if there was anything worth comeing back for.
Kobushi noticed the new guy. "Hey, who's the newbie?"

"He is Euria." Manndar said as he pointed. "He is a fellow genin who will be in the mission with us."
"Ok, since you're now here, we can begin the details. You were all given details of the debriefing in advanced, so I'll skip to the strategic points. You three are to hone your teamwork and observational skills at the same time by cooperating in a routine stakeout. I am here in case something goes wrong or ig you guys screw up. Then I can help you out. Our client was gracious enough to give us food while we are on stakeout."
Manndar scanned the general vacinity. Soon, a squirrel came running out of a tree and stopped in front of Manndar and stood on its hind legs. It looked just like a normal squirrel except for the collar with Gaioh's symbol on it.
"Status?" Manndar asked.
"All's clear!" The squirrel said in a squeekish tone.
"Alright team!" Manndar said. "Nobody is in the current area at the time, so find a good place for stakeout...... And don't forget these."
Manndar tossed earpieces to the three gennin. "Keep in contact."

Kobushi looked over to Euria and started talking to him. "So, Euria is it? My name's Kobushi. And welcome to the best team in the village!"
Kobushi caught his, looked at it, and back to Manndar. "Are these on the right channel, or do they need to be set?" he asked.

She listened silently as Manndar spoke and caught her ear-piece.
Earpieces where a mystery to Sitez due to the fact she had never used one before. Turning it over in her hands and inspecting it, Sitez figured she would just copy whatever Kobushi did with the device seeing as he seemed to know what he was talking about.

Manndar walked past Sitez towards the tree he was going to hide in. "Put it in your ear." Manndar whispered to her secretly without stopping or looking anywhere but ahead of him. He didn't want anybody feeling awkward if they didn't know what to do and brining obvious attention to it would just be plain rude. Manndar then jumped up into his tree out of site. "Find a spot to hide now." Manndar's voice said as it came out of all of the turned on earpieces.

Kobushi looked around outside, and picked to go to the rooftop. From there, one would have a good view of the surrounding area. The downside, lack of shade. "This should be fine," he said feeling good with himself.

(Damn, I was going to take the roof. Guess I was to slow. crying )
Sitez nodded in reply, glad for Manndar's help. She walked down an ally to the right of the store and found a nice hiding place amongst the shadows of a dumpster. It wasn't the nicest smelling place but at least she was concealed. Once hidden she and popped the ear-piece into her ear, surprised that it fit.

The stake out has commenced for several hours now, and so far nothing out of ordinary had happened.
The store had been dead for most of this time. It was now 2 pm, and the shop keeper came out with lunches for the group. Roast beef sandwiches and gravy.
