Both of Eric's parents were childen of Psi's. He developed telepathy at birth and grew accustomed to it quickly. It was the only way he could truly communicate then other than crying. After he got old enough to understand his Grandfather Kei Yamato tought him how to use his powers to protect himself from danger. Then One day when he was twelve a mysterious trio of people came to his home. They had noticed his amazing skill and recruited him to develop more powers and to learn more about them. When the DPEI was officially born he was the first man too make the rank of Major in the organization. Now he trains RPUs on how to control their abilities as well as manage a team of the most talented in the department. New Bio: Eric Kerrigan was once the most talented and reveered member of the DPEI. After the great raid and destruction of the Miami branch's headquaters he was placed under investigation and lost his clearance after he reappeared. After which he discovered his sister's abilities. He pleaded his case and after his case was proven he was returned to the DPEI. He had grown a little bitter in the year he was considered a traitor. He was issued a no contact order with all members of the DPEI. In that time the feelings he had for Alexandria Hayes only grew stronger. He had fallen in love with the one woman he shouldn't have. They hide their relationship well as he prepares to step down from running the branch in order to Instate the New Director. He grew up normal enough without anything out of the ordinary happening he became a fire fighter when he was 20. He ended up dating a female cop for awhile before their careers became to important at which time they broke it off. He was recruited when he used telekinesis to push a fellow fire fighter out of the way of a falling board from across the other side of the room by accident. biography: Joo-Eun was the daughter of a Korean woman, and a Japanese father. She was the result of a one night stand between two people who quickly learned that living with eachother was not an option. As she grew up, she would spend months at a time in either Korea or Japan, traveling inbetween parents. She grew up speaking both Korean as well as Japanese fluently. Her birthdays rotated, one year in Japan, one year in Korea. She lived an average life, devoid of any serious or major happenings however the year she turned 18 she decided to she would apply for citizenship in America, and become a US Citizen. She is a very weird and very strange girl, who dresses as weird as she acts. She loves her mother very much and is the only one besides Angelica's parents who knows the secret about her mom's powers and wishes she had powers like her. She's a little sneaky girl and used to sneak into the department thanks to help from on of the security people who worked there and knew her very well. She's a better cook then her mom and often makes cookies and fudge for her. She always carries around a lighter, that her father left when he walked out on them several years ago, he claimed he grew tired of the secrets. He'd sometimes visit Angel but, doesn't really want to take care of her. So, Angel is alone in the house most of the time. Angel loves fire and she almost burned down the house at one point. Angel has learned to fight and is a bit of a gymnist. When she was a senior in high school a modeling company offered her a nice little job and she took it; they are wanting to make her an actress and a singer.

Angel's mother died in the great battle, after she was informed of her mother's death; she sunk into a deep depression and overly emotional state. Over a period time, she became less and less in control of her powers. Eventually she reached the point of what seems no return, she became destructive and a danger to just about everyone. For everyone's safety, what little sanity she remained; she left the country and returned home to Korea; where her grandmother has a home for her that is away from society; where she can try to regain control of herself.
Angel partly blames DPEI for not protecting her mother like they promised they would, the mere thought of them sets her on edge. Angel has truly gone rogue for the current moment, she does not want to really be around anyone, she does not want to even really exist anymore. And a part of her longs for a sweet death though another part fears death.

biography: He was autistic before he got his powers. One day, at age 13, when his dad was doing some business at the DPEI office the printer ran out of toner and tony, facing away from the printer, communicated with it and said. "You're out of toner." It was his first sentence and since then he's been normal so everyone at the office who's been there awhile calls him "Toner" except Kerrigan who calls him "Techie". He is a rarity and not that powerful at that. Though his skills are limited, his brain power makes up for his lack of combat ready powers. He is like any other teen his age. Except he can hack porn sites with his mind. it gets him in alot of trouble. Eventually he stops though and develops a strange new ability after an ineresting encounter with a viscokinetic. He got a little stranger after she dumped him,however.
After the destruction of the D.P.E.I. Miami facility Anthony ran off with Saiyuu and turned the old facility into a laboratory. D.P.E.I. made him a field agent and he developed technomancy and electrogenisis/electrokinesis.

At age fourteen she was adopted by a wealthy American family and moved to San Diego, California. These new parents were D.P.E.I. employees from the first go around, and when she began to develop powers they talked to her about it. That was the moment the truth came out. Lilly told her new parents that the two that died in Africa were not her actual parents, and that she had been held captive for quite some time. real name: Taylor Chrissty Raine appearance:  occupation: Artist/ DPEI Agent rank: special agent superior age: 26 biography: Taylor's parents moved from england when she was ten then serval years later, her mother killed herself, she had a mental illness. Then her father went crazy once her nightmarish powers came to light; he was taken to an insane asulem. Taylor then moved to the city and moved with her grandpa; he has been a pretty big help with her powers. Though there is many things she doesn't know about her grandpa and sometimes she gets bad feelings about him. Taylor is a really good friend of Angel's; Taylor was a big honor students making all As through school middle and high. Taylor is mostly quite, calm, and collected. She doesn't like people to know about her little "gifts" so she mainly keeps to herself. Taylor has a country-british accent which is rather intreasting to listen to. Taylor is a really good profiler; the police sometimes call her in to help with a crime or even a murder investiagation, she is really good at picking out whos a physhic and sometimes can even guess what their powers could be, often getting it near or dead on right. Of course, she has to spend atleast a bit of time with this person. One thing about Taylor is for sure, she is really talented for a young woman. ~~~~~~~ Taylor found that she just couldn't keep herself from the Police work and DPEI. However after the death of Angel's mother; DPEI wasn't the same and neither was her childhood best friend. Angel went for lack of better words, Angel went off the deep end and shipped herself off to Korea in nowheres ville for everyone and her own safety supposeibly. Taylor now finds herself sort of detacted from the world and alone.
