This made me ask writing to another topic...
For me, it was a tie between my septum and my tragus.
My tragus hurt so much i had to put 30 minutes in between getting the right and left done gonk
My septum bled, a lot. And was...so painful...;_;
Of course it depends on your pain threshold, blah blah, BUT did one hurt for you that really stood out?

Okay you just HAD to ask, lol.
My most painful ones were my nipples, unfortunately, I can NOT show you mine like Mr Charlotte did.
I had mine done back in the last of the 80's, I had some problems mid 90's and had to take them out for a year or so. I thought that was that.... but I got the urge, and had them re-opened. IF i would have had to have them completely re-pierced, I wouldn't have done it, I compare the first time to natural child birth, only I think the piercing was worse.

My most painful piercing was my Industrial.
Which I find odd.
I have my lip pierced three times, my septum, my bridge, my smiley, and 4 lobe piercings.

Medusa, Industrial & Septum all hurt the most.
I've had my septum done three times and it hurt even more every time.
I cried getting my Medusa done, which was super embarassing.
Luckily my piercer is pretty close to being one of my best friends, though.

i have nothing to compare, not even lobes.
septum was really easy for me.
i did it myself so maybe that made me less anxious,
and therefore, made it less painful.

Death Of A Debutant Medusa, Industrial & Septum all hurt the most.
I've had my septum done three times and it hurt even more every time.
I cried getting my Medusa done, which was super embarassing.
Luckily my piercer is pretty close to being one of my best friends, though. I got my Septum and Industrial done simultaneously. I was crying and bleeding from all over. Never again.

Quite honestly, out of the ten i have... none of them really hurt that much.
I guess the second holes to go in my ears (they're double pierced) hurt the most... but those were done with a gun, not a needle... so i blame that.

Dancing Teapot none of my piercings were really painful...but i guess the industrial was pretty rough especially trying not to sleep on it at night I couldnt sleep on mine either, and they would never heal, and i just took the bar out after 7 months and put 2 rings in its place.

my upper lobes hurt more than my conch did! but then again that was because i had my upper lobes pierced with a 10ga needle and my conch was only a 16ga.

Eehhh...i dont mind getting my lobes done with a gun, but i would not advise a cartlidge area or nose x3 One professional had the audacity to pierce my sister in laws nose with a ear gun. She came home with it still bleeding, please believe i was there in an hour asking him where the hell his supervisor was XD
