NOTE:Ultimecia is very VERY hard to cosplay,and expensive,so any tips on how to improve it would be greatly appriciated

That does look very nice. The dress feels right, but something technically closer might be that tattered dress if it exists in red... Either Dead Sexy or Drop Dead Gorgeous; I can't remember. Anyway, you might want to try it with a leg tattoo, but if it ends up looking ratty, I'd say the feel is more important.

Or it could be something two-piece... I mean if you have something with a very low v-neck in red... especially with some black detailing, and some skirt with a slit up the side in red, with the hair and accessories, or even posing the character might cover up the line where the two pieces show
