Age: Unknown. Appears early to mid 20s
Nationality: Unknown. Caucasian
Occupation: It's unknown what exactly he does besides steal children from other worlds, dumping them on unsuspecting Gaians for the amusement.
Appearance: A man of average height, around 5'8 or so. He has lightly tanned skin, and an unruly mop of dark hair on his head, long enough to tie back in a small tail with sweeping bangs across his face that can hide his eyes. The gleaming green eyes are his most notable feature, but not for a reason anyone can put there finger on. They're a simple green, though if someone had to say something, they would say his eyes have a slightly crazed look, going along with the weird, mischievous grin usually adorning his face. He's not of such a notable appearance that one could describe him well enough to a stranger to pinpoint in a crowd; his face is easy to forget unless one has constant run-ins with him. A lanky looking man in general, thin, looks vaguely like an art student of some sort. He likes to wear jackets, t-shirts, and well fitting jeans accompanied by a pair of converses.
Personality: A twisted man, Walker has the mysterious power to alter and mess with reality, and to cross the breach between this world and the next. And he uses his talents for his own amusement, not for personal gain or to better the world. He brings kids, as babies, from their home worlds to Gaia, delighting in the confusion he spreads by doing so. Sly and tricky, with a silver tongue, he can coerce a person into taking responsibility for a child before they know what's happening. He is also, at the same time, a coward. Very much so. He despises getting his hands dirty, and if he somehow gets roped into something physical, he'll back out and swiftly stick someone else in in his place. Very tricky and charismatic, he can worm himself out of most, if not all, sticky situations.
Powers: Walker has a whole grab bag full of odd powers. You never know what he's capable of, so be cautious.

|-| Energy Detection: Can sense energies, particularly of those with specific traits/qualities he is looking for(Finding parents)
|-| Empathy: Can force an emotion into someone's mind, encouraging them to feel more trustful, suspicious, etc. His favorite is what he terms his "Ignore Me" thought, to make people even less likely to notice him.
|-| Disappearing: Can teleport without a sound(Or very noisily if he wishes to). Enjoys using this to freak people out.
|-| Power Balance: If he has more power then someone(Which is fairly often), he can will them to do something, though he rarely uses this. Usually just to make someone come and go at his call. Particularly strong on spirits.
|-| Summoning: Either it's invisibility or summoning, but the babies always appear out of thin air after a snap of Walker's fingers.
