Personality: Kira looks innocent and she is, but most people don't know that she has a split personality and when the, and when her 'other half' comes out Kira can seem like the total oppisite.
Kira Innocent- Although they are both aware of each other and have learnt to get along, Kira is our going and happy, she seems to younger than she actually is, when Kira is 'innocent' she still contains the her skills.
'Other half' of Kira is restricted from most things, because she could kill anything without hesitation, but that is only allowed when both minds come to terms. When Kira is the other half, her skills increase greatly, but there are also downsides on letting the 'other half' come out.
Combat Abilities: Kira is flawless in her lower body
Weapons: Uses the gun, which is chained to her, and throwing stairs, and kunai aka dagger
Family: Killed by her master
Bio: Kira's family were all murdered by one man when Kira was 5 years old, witnessing the horrible death and without thinking Kira rushed out...the man noticed Kira. Kira came to a sudden halt shaking with fear, the man (not vampire) moved swiftly and pointed a gun directly on Kira's head.
"Live or Die" he ordered, reluctently she chose to live, in order to take her revenge for her parents. The man trained her brutally every day, threatening her that if she couldn't hit a target, he would kill her. He told her that only the strong live and the petty all die. She had many chances to kill him, at the begining she will always wait until nightfall, but was always unsuccessful.
One day she went to buy food, when she saw her 'master' staggering along with blood everywhere, he fell against the wall. Kira ran up to him, shouting at him that you couldn't die unless she kills him. Her master chuckled at her he gave her a gun, and said "Only the strongest survive, i have taught you enough". Without hesatating, her split personality develops and comes out and shoots him.
