Thread link- provide the link to the thread that is being cheated in.
Page #- provide the number of the page in that thread. You can add more than one page number if the cheater has cheated more than once.
Who is cheating- the name of the person who you think is cheating (that way, I'll know what to look for).
How you think he/she is cheating- How you think he/she is cheating and what the actual rules say of it (i.e. the person is normal summoning two monsters when they can only normal summon once per turn, including tribute summons).
