Well I was talking to my friend about Nikki sharing theories and then we stumbled upon cloning and I went OMG...
What if Jessica, before she died, was cloned?
And they made many clones of her, each with different powers. But what they were unaware of, was each of the clones carried a "hive" mind. They were all connected. Jessica's mind being in Nikki's mind.
So then this would allow them to have Kill Nikki and keep her. It would explain the MPD, as in a weakened condition the other "clones' personalities could take over. Imagine sharing your mind with 5 people.

thats...definitely one heck of a theory. Though I dont think so. If that was to be true, then Tracey would be like only 2 months old. And from the look of it, she's been at her current job for more than 2 months. Assistant to the Govenor? Thats not something you can just show up and apply for. I think she's a sister of Nikki and Jessica's put up for adoption at a young age. Remember LInderman and all that information on Nikki, Micah and DL? It showed that he had been watching them all for a long time. All the way back to childhoods and report cards. So why not put the third sister up for adoption away from the home as an experiment to see who she would become away from the emotional experiences of her sisters? And yes, For a fact, from the director Greg Beeman, Nikki is in fact completely dead. BeemanHis Blog.

Well she wouldn't not have to be only 2 months old... someone pulling strings could have given her a job later. But i do believe this is our New Nikki... old one is dead.

Following the cloning theory, Tracey doesn't necessarily be a child to be two months old if she were a clone. The scientist(s) could in fact speed up their age until their prime and imprint false memories then send them out into the world. Plus, it doesn't seem like Tracey recognizes Nikki in that video. AND, even if they were sisters, no one can 100% look exactly like their twin.
Bottom line: They can't possibly be siblings.

They could be siblings. If they were split at birth they would never know. My friend compared her theory of them being sisters to comparing them to the Stepford CooCoos

Them or Triplicate Girl from the Legion of Superheroes. Haha, but we don't know if she can or cannot merge with Nikki/Jessica. But since that body is gone, we probably won't be able to find out. confused

Yeah... i just think whether its triplits (or more) or clones, they could still share a hive like mind, which would make them a little well... coocoo

I'll let you two continue with the discussion. And I'll just state my opinion that Tracey is not Nikki, not even Nikki reborn. Tracey is a different character, who bears a very strong resemblance to Nikki. Besides, she is still played by Ali Larter, so whats wrong about a possible identical twin? For that fact, maybe she's not Nikki's twin. What about Jessica? She was a real person at one time. The presence that was in Nikki was a multiple personality brought upon herself by Nikki. Though as for the Stepford Cuckoos theory, interesting thought. Though if it was some kind of Hive mind, wouldn't Tracey know about Nikki?

I don't think Tracy is a clone, but I think she's something like that. When the guy showed her the website she didn't seem pissed he found it or shocked b/c she knew she had never done such a thing. She seemed as if she wasn't sure. Which leads me to beleive there are holes in her memory.
Maybe before The Company let Nikki go, they made a copy...?

Even with what Beeman said, i'm still thinking it is Niki. There is no way to make a clone age faster, so if they cloned her it would only be a couple months old. And as for a twin, she was never mentioned, and i doubt they would just spring one on us. My theory is that Niki has multiple personalities, and each one may have a different ability. Jessica had the strength, and Tracy has the ice. I'm thinking Niki has the ability to access any of the powers her personalities have. I think when the blast went off, Niki lost control and Tracy immediately took over and reflexively coated herself in ice or something to protect herself. Maybe when Beeman says she's dead, he just means her personality. I'm hoping she's still in there though, she's my favorite!
firstly, when your refer to cloning there are several kinds. There is a cloner in the heroes graphic novel, and his clones come out the same age as him. They prolly simply implanted Tracy with knowledge. (And NIkki does have a twin, Jessica, but Jessica's dead). Lastly, if Niki has stregnth and Tracy has ice, what did Jessica have because she used super stregnth in the season finale. and accidentally in Season 1 as well.

Obviously Niki, Tracey, Jessica and Gina are all Petrelli's. It's the only thing that makes sense!
Well, she has the same sexual prower as Niki and the same sort of go-getter attitude (when she's not all "I'm crazy!") so I'd think she is directly related to Niki, though I think the cloning is a little far-fetched. I'm not going to deny it's a possibility though. It could happen.
How about a contest guys? Whoever is right will get a monthly collectible of that month. So just tell me your ridiculous theories or real theories about Tracey/Niki connection and we'll see who prevails.

I think Elle is a petralli. I think she is Claire sister. Elle's father never cared about her, and the Company adopted out lots of kids. I think Elle and Claire share the same mother, not the same father though.

As far as the cloning theory goes, if Tracy was a clone, shouldn't she have the same power as Niki? They should be genetically the same, therefore they should have the same ability.

Supposedly clones are 100% the same as the original. However, scientist can alter specific genes and traits to make them different. My theory is that they used Nikki/Jessica/Gina's body as a mold, but imprinted on different memories and/or different powers.
Plus, clones can be programmed to think and believe whatever the person who cloned them wants. So, even if Tracey's memories are different, it could just be because they were programmed into her. And though she may remember he childhood, it would be false.
Anyway, by what I just wrote, I'm taking up on Steam Punk Rhapsody's contest.
Tracey is a clone.
Although Akageoffrey's make sense too. That can be a possibility....
