This is a "wash" I made tis summer when I wanted an extra boost in my focus during meditations and journies. I haven't tried it yet for school, but when I do I'll post the results here.

Materials:
Spray Bottle (cleaned)
Spring water or Rain water
Amethyst
Soldalite
Selenite
Opt: Dandelion root/flower

Hold the stones in your hands and feel the energy of the stones and what they are focused on.

Take the glass of spring water and place the stones in them. Place the cup in the sun for 3 hours. State "By the powers of these stones, the water is charged". After 3 hours pour the water into the spray bottle. When using the water, spray and rub into the temples and third eye chakra.
