So since High Hanging Hakkai suggested it, Mai-Mai decided to DO it! So here we are with a college thread. Hopefully the wondrous guild-owner will love us even though she's no longer in college herself. ^^; So, so yeah! I chose red font cause I'm currently enrolled at The Ohio State University, and it is FABULOUS and SPECTACULAR. The campus is HUGE, I've been lost pretty much the entire week, half of my dorm is COVERED in anime paraphernalia, and I'm taking a class that focuses on the literary history of the vampire. It is EPIC.
... The food could use some work though. XD

Well I am enrolled with South Plains College and am Majoring in Engineering. I don't live in a dorm, I live in my own tiny Efficiancy apartment. =D I nay not have very many Anime stuff, but I make up for it...I think. I love it so far and Have finally gotten over my exam jitters. XD ALright MAI-MAI LETS GO FOR ANOTHER 1000 POSTS!!!

An apartment kinda sounds like fun... You enjoying it? WHEEE! College. I have kendo club tonight, I can't wait! I also have manga club right before. And, and, I have my first English class today! I'm so excited!
And I did my first silly college student mistake... I studied Latin GRAMMAR for my Latin VOCABULARY quiz. ^^ Heh. Oh well. I think I did fine.

That's okay, I've forgotten to study foro an exam already cause I thought it was the following week. I believe I did fine. XD Yay lemme know how kendo club is, and the manga club. =D

They're not until tonight, *dramatic sigh* I went to the kendo workshop a few days ago and it was AWESOME, so I think I'm going to join. Manga maybe not, cause they're on the same night and I can do anime club on another night... So many decisions to make! ^-^ But I'm excited.

Now I totally don't know! T^T I was gunna choose anime over manga cause it was on a better night, but but, the manga club meeting last night was so AWESOME! Maybe I'll try to do all of them??? I can always drop if it gets to be too much. ^^;

Aww, thanks! ^-^ I'll be responsible. And I attended my first anime club meeting (in my Seigaku uniform, I might mention) and made myself known, XD. Also, I got invited to be a part of the club's annual cosplay calendar, since they respected my showing up in costume. XD I can't wait!

^_^ I'm very excited about it, and if you show Lord Izzopalazzo (the one from Excel Saga, I assume?) maybe I'll finally get my own NUMBER! *starry eyed* And if I get on the calendar Imma buy a crapton of them, I assure you! And I'll send them your guys' way if people want them. Cause I'm like, RIDICULOUSLY excited about it, hee... And heck yeah I flipped that whore the bird! Rawr! *angry Mai-Mai face*
Oh, and on a note of college-ness? I stayed up until three or four last night, and slept in until almost noon. For the first time EVER, unless you count being sick. I must be in college!

Yay, confetti! *dances in it* Celebration means MORE POCKY! *nomnomnom*
Also, I went to a gay bar and saw a drag show. It was SPECTACULAR. And on the drive home we watched three guys carry a limp girl to a taxi, then two of them high-fived one of the guys, who got in with her. My first experience with someone literally SO plastered that they can't function anymore. Yippee!
I can't wait for the next kendo club. Or for the drunken still-functioning idiots across the hall to shush. That'll be nice! XD

HOGAWD the show was so much fun! Gen's uncle's troupe did a lot of cool stuff, and in one they looked seriously like a boy band. O_O Like, high school girls would have been all over that, posters, cds, calling themselves Mrs. CKG (Cleveland Kings and Girls). It was awesome! And I want a fedora... Also, also! TWO DRAGQUEENS CAME OUT IN JAPANESE SCHOOLGIRL UNIFORMS AND DID THE HARE HARE (hari hari? I dun even know...) YUKAI DANCE. IT. WAS. SPECTACULAR. I lawled really, really hard. XD
