its more of a what if they swim out theyll escape thing plus if your in a body of wateer surronded youll do better unell you want to make a bubble around your head while your under water

okay lets say that..uh your chaseing a fugitive and he runs or swims out to the water can your heavy armor will sink soo yeah...
but any ways come adlest this far out and you get candy *walks out 10 feet*
