I thank GOD that i have 13 piercings and nothing has gone wrong now. Im posting a site, its safe and has no nudity..but these piercings gone wrong are...really bad. So if you're squeamish dont look at the photos just read the stories sweatdrop http://www.geeked.info/index.php?s=septumThe articles are in this order:
* Ears done by the gun which have gotten jacked up
* 'Invisible' industrial, some bad keloids
* Rejecting Navel ring
* Accidental implant of the eye brow, the bar was too short and the ball is under the skin
* A ripped septum, this made me hurt by looking D:
* A kid used chain links to pierce his lips and septum
* Massive keloid on the ear
* Madonna VERY infected
* Ear stretching gone bad..
..and finally an ear explosion.
As we all know, doing your own piercings with pliers and chain link is stupid, but what happens when you get pierced by a bad piercer? I had an apprentice pierce my north/south navel piercings and im glad he did well and didnt fudge me up >__> Discuss:
* Have you witnessed anything like this in real life, by a friend or yourself?
* Does this scare you? ((im not trying to scare anyone, but it does scare me so i dont want to be the only one))

And not a lot of kids had piercings, it was pretty much me-him-and another girl. And he would tell people that was one of the 'perils of body modification' I would go behind him saying 'ONLY if you do it wrong...'

True this :/ But i think the photos are good to see what will happen if you dont take care of it, what if you do it with an ice pick....XD

ha ha, I'm curious, but not THAT curious. xp I have to say though, I have seen home-done piercings that go incredibly well. My friend did her helix with a safety pin and she never had any trouble with it. xd

At home piercings work just as well as parlor piercings, its the aftercare that is paramount! Don't let these pictures scare you or discourage you from piercings! These are the worst case scenarios and are very unlikely to happen to you if you properly care for any new body mods.

OMG that is very graphic indeed, i was holding my breath, if you see any of your piercings having a weird reaction deal with them immediately don't wait a day or two, when i stretched my lobe from 7/16g to 1/2g i had an allergic reaction to the acrylic plug and my earlobe got really swollen and it was releasing a lot of liquid but i didn't wait a second i went to hottopic and bought some surgical steel flares and changed it as quick as i could, it hurt a lot since the stretching was recent but my ear was "unswollen" in a matter of minutes and it recovered nicely

those pics are just freaky. the grossest thing i've seen in person is my friend Dylan's lip ring got really infected. and this one guy at the tattoo parlor where i got my lip pierced, well he pierced his arm and he said it's the dumbest thing he's done because it got stuck on something and got ripped out and now there's this funny looking scar in the middle of one of his tattoos. lol. that's about it.
