Okay.. I draw chibis, and for the most part my drawing style is not what bugs me. Moreso, it is when I attempt to ink in my sketches or color them. I am horrid at mouse-click coloring via paint and I cannot afford a tablet. So that leaves pencil or felt-tip mediums. My scanner tends to leave pencil drawings faded out, so I have been mostly using felt tips. It was difficult to control the bleed through, and I know I lost some detail. Especially around the eyes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

And if you want me to make you a chibi, PM me. I love the practice.

Uses a darker lead pencil like a B or higher, that should keep your scanner from making them faint.
