Appearance: In her own world, songs were sung about her incredible beauty. Her eyes like twilight, her hair like midnight. Scions of Elua, as the denziens of Terre d'Ange are called, are descended from gods and angels so they are prone to being delicate of bone and generally breathtaking.

hair - Melisande's hair is thick and wavy, a rich dark black with blue undertones. It will grow longer as she ages, though when she's old enough she'll wear it up in elegant, elaborate designs.

eyes - described as sapphire. A rich, piercing blue and as cold as her heart.

skin - described as alabaster. Flawless and pale.

build - graceful and beautiful, Melisande is slender and will develop gentle curves in all the right places until she becomes quite a looker.

dress - sumptuous gowns of the very richest fabrics. Nothing frilly or showy, just the sort that cling to the body and leave little to the imagination. Black velvet will be her fabric of choice, however when she's... entertaining... she'll likely don leather.

Personality - Manipulative and cold. Melisande thinks only of herself and her own rise to power. She is patient, however. She plays a deep game of politics and sex. Deeper than anyone could possibly begin to imagine. Always the secret plotter, always with a plan that will leave no trace of her involvement and always with a way out should things go awry. A scion of Kushiel, Melisande is by nature sadistic. Truly skilled in turning pain to pleasure and truly skilled in using both to gain information and favors. Even while she's playing with your body, she'll be playing with your head, too.

Of course, as an infant and a young child, Melisande wont be so politically inclined. And outside of her native world, who knows where her manipulations may take her. All we can be sure of at this point is that she will get whatever it is she wants, no matter the cost to others. And should one plan fail, she'll be ready with a backup. Highly intelligent and driven, she's not one to cross. Even her friends are at risk of being caught up in one of her webs.
