Name- any name, first name only.
Faction- details, see below.
Class- every faction has two classes to choose from, one warrior and one magic user. If you do not chose one of those two then you can be a normal citizen. Normal citizens do not leave the country of their faction unless they are traders, and then under heavy guard. more details, see below.
Occupation- even within classes there are differnt occupations. Just because you're a warrior, that doesn't tell us what KIND of warrior. are you town watch, trade guarder, patrolman, soldier... etc. Most important if your class is normal citizen.
Appearance- something descriptive, no "my avi"s.
Weapons- even a normal citizen has something to defend themselves with. magic users describe their most used spell.
Other- this is where you put a bio if you want it.
Humanists worship the Mighty Lord and belive that humans are superior to animals in every way. They reside in the country of Yarouland and within the capital all technology or other menial tasks are run by animals leaving the people free to do things like create great religious art. The church is large and beautiful, with bright colors and gorgeous statues. Their main rivals are the Pagans, whom they believe are less than human because they take animal shape and worship nature, and the Scientists, who are removing all animal components from their technology.
CLASSES-
Beastmasters- the warrior class of the Humanists. They ride creatures into battle, utilizing their special abilities, as well as sending waves of animal soldiers in as shock troops. A warrior without a steed is thought to be have the fighter. Includes jobs such as dragon rider, elephant driver, and lion tamer.
Summoners- the magic users of the Humanists. They can summon any animal and then control them through their art. Many are used in battle to refresh worn steads and replenish troops in animal regiments. Most work in the city training animals to their tasks like cleaning buildings and pulling carts.
Pagans worship the goddess Diana and believe that all life is one with nature. They reside in the country of Naturae and within the capiatal all buildings are either underground or in the tree tops. They use simple technology that won't put too much strain on the environment and the church is a small ordeal were people come to worship at their leasure. Their main rivals are the Humanists who extort their animal bretheren to menial tasks, the Scientists who rape the landscape without care in the name of their technology, and the Brutos who follow a barbaric form of fighting.
CLASSES-
Rangers- the warrior class of the Pagans. they follow the philosophy that there is honor in killing a foe and having him never know who killed him. If a rangers face is ever seen by an enemy then they loose status. They specialize in bows, crossbows, and setting traps. As such they can also spot an ambush or other trap from miles away.
Druids- the magic users of the Pagans. They use plant magic, in the growing and controlling of plants, and shapeshifting magic, in which they take on the form of an animal and can then use that creatures abilities in battle. The plant magic can be used in battle or agriculture, and shifting can also be used to haul lumbar or send messages.
Scientists- worship Science, believing that magic is an illusion and that science is all. They reside in the country of Techara and don't have a 'church', rather a university where the triumphs of science are extolled daily. Their technology has advanced beyond that of most other cultures but in so doing also depends upon deep mines, and great vats of water for steam, and huge dams for hydroelectric. They dislike all 'primitive' cultures who use magic but thier main rivals are the Pagans who keep sabatoging their technology.
CLASSES-
Musketeers- the warrior class of the Scientists. Thir main weapons are guns and cannons since their wonderful science has produced gun powder. They also have war machines that run on steam, tanks and cars. They look down on people who use bows, knives and swords or any other 'primitive' weapon.
Alchemists- the magic users of the Scientists. Since they don't believe in magic they call what they do 'alchemy' while the rest of the world knows that they are actually using magic in technological ways rather than mystical ways. Alchemists tend to have jobs like pharmasist and powder mixer. Some of them do things like fix broken weapons and vehicles.
Brutos- worship Gilgamesh, and belive that honor can only be found in battle. They reside in the country of Darkstone where the capital has been carved from the sheer face of a cliff, and the church is a combination teaching hall and practice range. There is a fighting arena where they put prisoners of war and have them go toe-to-toe with their best fighters, without weapons. In the teachings of Gilgamesh, it is survival of the fittest and the fittest are strong. Their main rivals are the Pagans who use a scareligious fighting style, the Scientists who keep trying to impress them with "technology" and knowledge, and the Sanguines who also practise a dishonorable fighting tradition.
CLASSES-
Grapplers- the fighter class of the Brutos. They use no weapons and minimal armor because they believe that this is the honorable way and that the less accoutraments one is carrying the closer to Gilgamaesh one can get. Bows are disgusting because they put great distance between you and your enemy and stealth is looked down upon because your enemy cannot go to paradice if they cannot see the face of their killer.
Mage- the magic users of the Brutos. Use mainly earth magic with which to scuplt and build the cliff walls and houses of these people. Useful in battle if you can rip away the very earth they stand upon. they also follow the doctrine that it is honorable for the enemy to see your face before they die, and so their wide range magic is mostly a nuisance, to panic and scatter than to kill.
Sanguines- worship the goddess Kali, and belive that blood is the way to heaven. They reside in the country of Vitara, where the capital is mostly black stone guarded by gargoyle statues with red streetlights, red windows... anything that isn't black is red, basicly. The church is a lecture hall and sacrificial temple. Prisoners of war, virgins, stray traders, a homeless bum... anybody could be sacrificed to Kali. Their main rivals are the Brutos who lack stalth or diplomacy, and the disgusting Xians and their "holy holy" attitude.
CLASSES-
Slayers- the warrior class of the Sanguines. They are essentially assassins, and any culture that can stand to work with them hires one for assassinations of the enemies officers and governers. They usually use a knife, sharp and hard, that they can use expertly. This blade is always enchanted and, for the ones that work abroad anyway, have the saying that if unsheathed, it cannot be put back safley without first drawing blood. Noone outside the faction belives this however, and so people hoping to use slayer blades have met unfortunite ends.
Monks- are the magic users of the Sanguines. Also called Bloodmonks, they use blood magic. They can animate the gargoyles on their buildings and animate the dead. Nothing can be done in Vitara without the watchful eye of a monk because they are also the religious leaders. They must sanctify every building with a sacrifice appropriate to its size and watch the power to the streetlights.
Xians- worship the Holy Father, and believe that he is the one True god. They reside in the country of Yahuwah, and their capital is a great gleaming city carved from marble and white granite. Thier church is a huge thing to fit many people and so that the voise of the preist can echo dramaticly the wonders of the Holy Father. All art is religious, paintings, sculpture, literature. Anything else is burned. No woman can get a real job in Yahuweh, because a womans place is in the home, so all classes and non-homemaker occupations have to be male. All other cultures are belived to be wicked and evil because they don't worship the Holy Father, but especially the Sanguines who are obviously workers of the devil, and the Onnaru who let women everywhere.
CLASSES-
Crusaders- the warrior class of the Xians. As stated above, all crusaders are men and wear heavy suits of armor. They fight for their faith whole heartedly and will slay anyone who is not a Xian without remorse.
Preists- are the magic users of the Xians. They are also the religious leaders. Their main magic is something they call 'exorsizim' which they say casts out the deamon in a non-Xian freeing them from its control so they can come to the truth. in reality, since this world has NO deamons, the exorsizm removes the persons thinking, free will making them a slave to the state. this magic is usually only done after a battle when prisoners (if their are any) are given the choise to convert or die. Converters are exosized and sent back to the capital for job arrangments.
Onnaru- worship the Great Mother, and believe that only the female is divine. They reside in the country of Wymian where everything is pretty much like Yahuweh only switch the genders. They allow artists to make their own art (but all art in Pasificus is considerd religious anyway) and arn't so stranglehold about other religions. Their main problem is men with their degredation of all the female stands for. They fight only male warriors in any faction, so their main rivals are the Xians who have ONLY male warriors.
CLASSES-
Amazons- are the warrior class of the Onnaru. They are only female, and in an effort to be as differnt from the Xians as possible, instead of wearing armor they wear animal skins. No male is safe with them around. Most chose not to marry.
Witches- are the magic users of the Onnaru. They have the power to control weather, blasting the enemy with lightning bolts or giving rain to thirsty crops.
Yinyara- worship the genderless Judge, and belive that Balence is all. They reside in the country of Libryra, and the capital is quite average in appearance, just enough technology to make things convenient for people while not upsetting the environment. The church is small where people come to pray when they feel the need to and sometimes a precher will give a sermon about balence. These people were the founders of Fullheart and left to make their own city when it became too crowded. Right now they act as a buffer zone between Yahuweh and Wymian, forcing gender balence through geography. The upcoming project is Humanists and Pagans. Their main rivals are everyone because apparently balence isn't their thing, they prefer the conflicts of dissention.
CLASSES-
Valkyries- the warrior class of the Yinyara. Rather than have all one gender be dominant the Yinyara proclaimed that all women are warriors and all men are magic users, playing to the opposites of the stereotypes. The valkyries use magicly forged weapons and armor decorated with wings and the symbol of the Judge, which grant them the ability of flight.
Warlocks- the magic users of the Yinyara. They specialize in healing spells and balence spells also called Karmic magics, where if harm is done to them harm is also done to the attacker.
