An infamous city throughout all of the Lightning Country, known as a town of outlaws located directly east of Umi. During the times the Akatsuki invaded the country, a crime lord rose to power as he took over the Yakkai city. From this point on, the Kasu gang has held a crippling hold over the control of the area. Aiding the Akatsuki in many ways, they have received many perks from their co-operation.

This is where Tomaho and Futashi will find their murderer. The murderer is disguised in the city, and blends in perfectly with the criminals.

Tomaho walked slowly, he had abandoned searching for his partner and went to do the job alone. The Sakurian shrines protector walked along the path towards the gates of the city and finding the criminals mask laying maybe half a mile away. "Making life difficult for me...." He murmured, placing the mask inside his robes. He soon reached the gates and his eyes scanned the guards before he walked in the sun beating down on him as he felt his body become lighter feeling as his chakra began to rise and store up from the weather. "lovely." he said as he looked around for people to question before the secondary guards stopped him and the back ones face him "Weapons check we need to know what you have." Tomaho growled but drew the other mans dagger and said "Only this, seen one like it? If so who had it" The man eyed the dagger then said "I remember it, average guy you know anyone." Tomaho nodded and shoved by without a second glance.

Tomaho glided throughout the city his eyes searching everyones faces, his nose even with the different sent of blood and a humans dirty flesh. This plce stunk of almost everything, a dog wouldn't have found its target in this mass. Tomaho sighed as he sidestpedded into a back alley where to men stood and turned clothes linning them both before their weapons to mug were out. "Nice try." Tomaho stated drawing the twin pronged dagger after eyeing their pathetic rusty knives. "Have you seen this?" He said quietly as both men shook their heads while staggering to their feet and running the opposite way. "This is hard, to many criminal...." Tomaho said, picking up a wooden box and smashing the wood apart into a Boken. "Ahhh this might be useful. He murmered his chakra glowing around the created weapon for a secound. Tomaho turned and left to check out what forms of proper security exsisted.

The criminal slipped by Tomaho, eying the dagger that was originally his. His hood was pulled over his face, and he pushed his way through the mass of criminals. The criminal wanted his knife back, but he knew that it would be to risky to try and pickpocket the kid. He began following Tomaho, but kept his distance.

Tomaho sighed and swung out of the alleyway, he did not notice anything different and felt agitated drawing a mental map in his mind for the event's and thinking about the weapon, the woman and the tickets "What kind of person..." He murmured. The ninja looked at the murderers knife again, before dropping it hilt first into his tiny bag of Forbidden and rarely used seeds. A good container Tomaho thought walking into a clothes store.
