P r i d e .. R e g i s t r a i o n Before you get started on setting up your pride, you must register it here. By posting in this thread, your pride will be added to the list and you will also be given a circle that represents your pride on the map! Be sure to read all of the information because it's very important! I n f o r m a t i o n
You must post in order to have a pride! Anyone who does not register their prides can and will get it deleted. In order to claim territory, your lion must be of the teen stage. If you're thinking about having a teen create a pride, keep in mind that adults may challenge him for his land! Registering a pride is needed to keep the pride count up to date! I will try my best to keep this as updated as possible. If no one has gotten around to putting your dot on the map, but you have posted your pride in this thread, you may begin your pride. This doesn't mean within a few days or so, however. Please allow me one week before creating your pride thread. You may PM me (Kaoru-san305) to remind me about your registration. Sometimes I just get sidetracked and forget things.

T h e .. M a p Before we get started, you might want to take a minute to understand the map and how it works. This way, you can scope out the best location for your King and his pride. Some species on lion prefer one region over another, so be sure to read the descriptions. L e g e n d Here is the main map without prides listed on it [link]
Green: grasslands and various trees Dark Brown: dense forests Orange: savannah/meadows Peach: desert Light brown: rock clusters Gray: mountain Blue: rivers/oasis Darker Blue: ocean Peach: beach R e g i o n .. D e s c r i p t i o n s
Grasslands
The largest region of Pride Lands, the grasslands continue for hundreds of miles. It consists of grassy areas shaded by a various amount of trees scattered about. There are also boulders and other rock formations for building dens and prides. Although all species of lions are found here, it is usually occupied by the normal lions. Dense Forests
There are a few forests scattered around Pride Lands, some being more dense than others. It is common of find lush vegetation, small animals, and occasional ponds within these forests. Demonic lions are often located here, using the shade of the trees to keep out of the sights of others. Savannah/Meadows
The meadow is a beautiful region of the land, filled with flowers, tall grasses, and constantly kissed by sunshine. Although out in the open, the meadow provides a soft place to sleep or a quiet area to relax. Because of the sun, Solar lions generally occupy this section of Pride Lands. Desert
A sandy region with nothing but occational trees and reptiles. being the hottest part of Pride Lands, it's no wonder why Fire lions prefer this area. Rock Clusters
Not as big as the mountains, but rock clusters provide adequate shelter for a pride. These clusters can be surrounded by a few trees, small pools of water, and tall grasses for cover. Mountains
Are large rock formations that look over the lands. It's the first place to see the sun rise and the last to see it go down. Despite the regularly hot temperature of Pride Lands, the atmosphere is always about 10 degrees cooler and very windy. Because of their ability to fly, the angelics comer here to build prides or sleep comfortably in the cooler temperatures. Rivers/Oasis
The rivers are narrow, semi-fast moving bodies of water that divide the lands in various ways. Not only do rivers provide lions with fish and other foods, but drinking water and bathing as well. The oasis is a larger body of water, formed by all of the rivers, which start at the top of the mountains. Coast
the outskirts of Pride Lands is surrounded by miles of ocean, glistening under the light of the moon and stars at night. Lining the ocean is a sandy beach with pure white sand and sea water creatures galore. With the moon controlling the tides, Lunar lions often enjoy staying close to the coast.

S t a r t .. A .. P r i d e
So you've read the rules, the regulations, the map, and now you're ready to start a pride of your own. Here are a few more things to know! I n f o r m a t i o n
This will work on a first come, first serve basis. So if you want a specific area, don't hesitate too long. Because the dots are actually a little big than the size of your pride on the map, dots can be very close to one another. This doesn't mean you're territories overlap, it just means that they're your neighbors. You may choose two colors to put on your dot. They will be the official colors of your pride. The letter must be the first letter in the King's name, not the pride's name. T h e .. F o r m
Please fill out the form below and post it in this thread.

I had asked in the announcement posted in the main thread for no one to post in here yet because some of the things weren't finalized. I'm giving you guys until tomorrow to save those posts because I'm going to have to delete them.
Also, you're not supposed to create your pride thread until your dot has been put on the map sweatdrop
