Yoarashi is the largest city within the Lightning Country, built upon a leveled mountain and surrounded by various bridged that lead into the city. The peaceful city has long been known for its strong policies trying to limit the amount of war the country is involved in. Due to the rise of tainted individuals in the country, many of those whom once sided with the Daimyou in his decisions have been making biased decisions. Being levied by the gangs offering them great wealth. On the rise has been a strange cult that lurks within the various shadows of the village.
