whats your opinon on this, vegeta and goku being brother, I mean it could be possible they are both very much similar but nothing point out to them being one of a kind, but we dont know either of there moms as we do there dads king Vegeta, Bardock.
goku and vegeta are what 6 years apart its possible.

Given the level of importance regarding class on their homeworld, the thought of King Vegeta laying with a 3rd class woman is not remotely likely.
IF anyone was going to be strangely related, it would be Raditz and Vegeta due to the physical similarities, but that is still a huge stretch given the class system.

even so Raddiz and Goku dont even come close to looking alike, I dont really see vegeta and raddiz looking alike either, so I cause thats just the fun of try to guess this and in a way Goku and vegeta in time do start to get close almost like brother or best friends so I guess its how you look at it.

Again, Imma have to say no they are not related, or they woulda sayed that in some revealizing way in the TV show, that would be a suprise to both Goku and Vegeta in the show and vegeta would go off somewhere ranting about how he could be related to a low class saiyan like kakarot. and blah blah blah.
