Ich kann aus deutsch gesprechen, kannst du? If you understood that or want to learn how to, just post! German is a beautiful language and I HATE it when people say its just "shouting with an accent" because it is very complex and lovely. It has different cases, meaning that there's present perfect, imperfect, past, future, ect. Also, you have to conjugate the verbs. (ex. Essen means to eat. However, you would not say "Ich (Ich means "I") Essen." You would conjugate it to "Ich esse" or "Er/Sie/Es (He/She/It) isst (thats an odd one, don't mind that.). It is odd and somewhat rough, but it is not as simple and stupid and goorish as some people say it is!!!!! Danke fuer deine attention!! ~Pwee~

Hey, I actually understood that! And I haven't had a bit of formal education on the language. xD Maybe listening to so much Rammstein and Oomph! and looking up the lyrics helped. >.>
I love listening to the German language. ^^ In music, it sounds so angry, but it isn't! I just find it fascinating. It's very guttural compared to the Romance languages, but that's its charm.
I can (sort of) count to ten in German. I can say it a lot better than I can spell it, though. x3

Ya, Ich kann auch Duetsch gesprechen!
I love German! It blows spanish out of the water! ((I currently have 2 years of german under my belt and I am working on 2 years of spanish...not by choice though))

6 long years of German and I can make simple conversation. Though my grammar is bad, it's still cool.

That's cool. I plan on going to Germany before I graduate from high school ((I have relatives who live there so I can say with them)) And I would have to agree and say that grammar is very hard!

aw..i want to learn it.Currently i know spanish and english (Duh) both fluently.I am learning Japanese but i want to learn more as well.And german sounds pretty cool so...yea..lol

I'd much rather be taking two years of German than Spanish. I love the deep, guttural-ness of the language.

Heh, I took 3 years of it. :/ Considering my i've never been great with English grammar it obviously didn't carry over very well. Its a fun language, but alot harder than Spanish. smile You forgot to mention Germany isn't just about Beer. Thats the first thing most people think when you mention German.

Guten tag! Ich spreche ein bisschen Deutsch, aber es ist nur GCSE. Ich bin nach Deutschland fahren und es ist sehr nett, weil alle ist toll obwohl es gibt schnee. smile Letzte monat bin ich mit meine Familie nach Frankfurt geflogen.

Ich lernte Deutsch wenn Ich 6 oder 7 war uber Toggo und RTL zwei. Leute sagen das Ich ein Deutschen akcent habe. Na ja.....

German is really pretty~ I wish I could learn it, my father did when he was in school, but he forgot it all. D: I know a bit, a few random things like fridge, toaster, chicken, hot, tree, leaf, cat. .____. ; I don't know how to write them though~ It's very nice though. :3

Ja, Ich kann auch Deutsch sprechen, aber bin ich nicht fließend weil bin ich fur vier jahr lernen.
I know that's actually a long time but I only have three lessons a week, during school time. (though not when we have tests and such.)
I have also visited German three times with a friend and two times with my school; one time was actually an exchange where I lived with a German family, then a German girl came a lived with me.
Three of my closest friends also happen to be part German, and they are all fluent in the language. It sort of gives you an incentive to learn it too.
