Li DeVo- These are controllers who developed more power after becoming controllers. These men and women are equivalent to priests in this Polytheistic Secret society. They are named after their chief god DeVo who some believe will return as an heir. They manage all affairs worldly and religiously for the Order.

Controllers- These people are the ones who govern the subsection of the Orders territories, which span around the world. Exceptionally large countries have more than one. Controllers are usually heirs that the Li DeVo have chosen to lead but every now and then they may give a knight the title.
