Hello members of NYMPH'S WHISPERS!
Welcome to the costume contest!
Rules:
1.) Your entry should be a character from a book, movie, anime, comic, ect.
2.) You will use the Dream Avatar Creator at www.tektek.org to create your entry, so there is no need to spend all your gold on a costume.
3.) Everyone is allowed 2 entries, but you may enter only 1 if you wish.
4.) Lastly, keep it clean(ish) wink
Info:
-This contest is open for everyone in the guild until the morning of October 24th. After that, no one will be able to enter a costume anymore.
- The mods will vote on their favorites, and a poll will be started that same day.
- You guys will use this poll to vote for your favorites, and the poll will end on October 30th.
- The winner will be announced on the 31st, and a prize of 2,500 gold will be awarded.
Include In Your Post:
1.) The name of the character you are portraying
2.) A small description of who that character is and where they came from (the name of the book, movie, ect.)
3.) A picture of the character for comparison
4.) Your avi version of that character made with the Dream Avatar Creator.
Last, but not least, this thread will be used for posting costume entries ONLY.
If you have any questions, please send me a PM.

Hannah Montana...don't ask. She is a singer in a Disney channel show and somehow she became popular.
Edward Cullen from Twilight...yet again don't ask. The girl in the shot is like the girl in the avi in my head. I don't think she is a nice girl at all, many people agree she is a bit of a...well...a bad name. Edward is a vampire and he is in love with the girl. I don't see why and I really wish he wasn't

Classics (Generation 1) Starscream.
Transformers (Cartoon and Comic).
Starscream's intelligence and skill assured him the position of second-in-command of the Decepticons. His agility and speed made him the Air Commander. Despite possessing so many talents, he was very treacherous and sought to replace (and succeeded temporarily) Megatron as leader. His vehicle mode is an F-15 Jet.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
Tia Dalma is the obeah priestess who lives in a dark and eerie swamp. It was she who traded Captain Jack Sparrow his famous compass seven years prior. In PotC: DMC, Sparrow seeks Tia Dalma's assistance for information about Davy Jones and the Dead Man's Chest. In exchange, he gives her Jack, Barbossa's undead monkey.

Both of my entries come from a comic book called The Amory Wars. Paranoia, the queen of a guardian-race called The Prise.  Wilhelm Ryan, the evil dictator. He was once one of the 12 Mages put in the universe to watch over and rule, but he became greedy, killing his companion Mages and becoming the evil Supreme Tri-Mage.

Okay, so this isn't actually my entry, but I'm all caught up in that show "True Blood". I read the books a few years ago and when I saw that they were turning it into a tv show, I was so incredibly thrilled. So here's the main character, Sookie Stackhouse. I have two versions. Both are her in her waitress outfit for Merlotte's. But one is with the apron and one is without because her apron wouldn't be a full body one and I find that I didn't think I really liked it.
 
I'm not actually using this as my entry because it was far too easy and simple. However, I wanted to share it anyway. ^_^
Okay, here's my actual entry: Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter.
^_^ I absolutely LOVE the book series, and they recently (as in a couple years ago) turned it into a comic book as well. So here's the best I could do with it via tektek.
The hair STYLE I used is perfect, but because it's one of gaia's older ones, the color is just terrible. Forgive the fact that her hair looks more blue than black please. ^_^
