Every life includes death. It is an inescapable fact. However, what one thinks about and believes about death are not facts, and can be changed and turned around and moved all over the place.
In my English class we've come upon a few poems that express the idea that life is not valuable without death. Life is so valuable to us, so important, but that is because we all will die. If we didn't die, well there is no point in life, is there? There is no importance in trying to live our life, because we would have all the time in the world to do whatever we want to do. This is just one of my thoughts.
The real reason I started this thread is because of the questions:
"What is death?"
"What happens when you die?"
There are spirits and ghosts, I know. I believe. But not everyone turns into a ghost, or the spirits would clog up the entire earth and not be able to go anywhere. So others must be able to move on. What happens to them? A heaven? If we all just sat in heaven or hell for the rest of eternity, we'd clog up the place yet again. So are we reborn? Recycled? Reused somehow? What do you think?
