I'm looking either for a pattern for something like the above or a link to a place where I could purchase it :3
Crappy image, but it's all I could find. I'll take some screenshots later and post them here. The character is Shion or Mion, depending on what arc you're watching from Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni :]

That looks like a kimono pattern might work, with a little alterations.

I'll edit this when I find the pattern number I have experience with, but some of the simplest I've seen are from Simplicity, New Look, and Butterick.

I say simplest because kimono can be extremely hard to make, from what I hear, especially if you're going for accuracy.

Aaah, sorry that took so long!

This is the pattern I've used - I wouldn't rule out all others, though.
Heck, you could even look at patterns for robes and get it close to right. xD;
I'd go with the kimono pattern anyway because of how the sleeves look at the arm-hole, though.
