Chakra Natures

In the world of Shinobi, affinity in terms of elemental jutsu relates to ones ability to transform their chakra. Chakra being an energy that is found in all forms of nature, this power that resides in a shinobi can be manipulated to transform from an energy into another source. By manipulating chakra and releasing it, chakra can take the form of one of the five basic elements.

• Seishitsu Henka [Manipulation of Chakra Elements]
The skill of Seishitsu Henka refers specifically to the ability to utilize chakra and transform its forms from energy into an element. It takes a considerable amount of talent to learn how to utilize the power of an element. As one furthers their training in this skill, the ways one can utilize this skill increases. Every person has a particular nature that their chakra leans towards, and it is the easiest nature for them to learn. Additional natures can be learned through the proper application of skill and experience.

• The Five Elements
There are five basic elements that exist, and through their interactions have created the vast world that shinobi and citizens alike live in. Each particular elements has its own distinct characteristics and abilities.

Fire: An element that burns everything that it touches, a high temperature chakra that burns like fire. This type of chakra can burn objects and is a mainly offensive element.

Wind: An element that has an incredible cutting power. It is known for being the most offensive of all the elements, and is best utilized for short and mid-range range techniques.

Lightning: An element that can cover the greatest ranges out of most elements, that is best suited for mid to long-range techniques. When channeled through metal objects its effects gets heightened.

Earth: An element which can change the hardness and composition of all objects. This type of chakra when mastered can make an object be as hard a metal or as soft as clay.

Water: An element that is very easily changed through the use of form manipulation. Being a versatile element it can take various kinds of forms and has very high auxiliary capabilities.

Chakra Form

In the world of shinobi, along with the utilization of chakra affinities there is another way to utilize chakra so that it is utilized in many different ways. This is known as Form Altering, in which you alter the form of your chakra. By altering the form of your chakra, you can do various things that normal chakra cannot. A perfect example of altering the form of your chakra would be the Rasengan. Taking chakra and spinning it rapidly so that it gains an incredible destructive power, and its a jutsu in which does not utilize handseals. There are many other ways in order to change your chakra, and they all are listed below.

• Chakra Forms

Spin
A form of chakra control that has been known for being one of the easiest forms to use. This involves the process of spinning around chakra. Its a form that is used to drastically increase power and destructive nature.
Example: Within the Rasengan, it heavily uses the spin chakra form

Condense
A form of chakra control, which is a form commonly used for supplementary purposes. A method of making chakra within the body stay together. Generally this severely decreases attack range, but often makes these types of attacks using a condense chakra form a killing blow
Example: With the Art of Water Walking, chakra is condensed to make the user able to support themselves on water.

Infuse
A form of chakra control, which generally involves the idea of imbueing chakra heavily into a body or an object. Most of the time this gives a particular item a property of an element or a property of chakra
Example: Infuse used with Wind Chakra create a nearly unstoppable blade

Burst
A form of chakra control, which goes to bring out an unstable nature within chakra. Allowing a quick release of chakra in order to increase damage, destructive force, and range of techniques. This is generally a widespread used form
Examples: The Goukakyu no jutsu utilizes the burst form for a short lived but intense blast of flame

Orb
A form of chakra control, but is generally a more uncommon form. Taking chakra, it is brought into an orb like shape. A form involving alot of concentrating, packs quite a physical punch
Examples: Rasengan has an orb chakra form to contain the massive energy within it

Shield
A form of chakra control, but is generally a more uncommon form. Taking chakra, the user can enforce it into a way that it acts as a shield. Mostly used for defensive purposes it sometimes is used in offensive jutsus.
Examples: Kaiten is a technique that uses the shield chakra form

Difuse
A form of chakra control, which is rare due to its diffuculty in use. Most often utilized within fuuinjutsu. Taking chakra and forming it together to alter the flow of chakra or change your chakra. Often used within fuuinjutsu.
Examples: All clone techniques use the Difuse form

Materialize
A form of chakra control, which is used for all types of purposes. Allowing their chakra to materialize into items or even have changes to the form of elements. Making all various types of shapes for jutsu.
Examples: The Chidori Sword uses Materialize to give an extensive range to the Chidori

Focus
A form of chakra control, which is most often used more then any other technique. Basically bringing chakra together and compressing it to increase the power of a technique greatly. Sometimes bringing out piercing power.
Examples: Chidori utilizes Focus, having all the lightning type chakra put into one place

Unfocus
A form of chakra control, which is not too common within the world. Used in order to spread out chakra, not increasing the power of a technique but drastically increase the range that is effected by such an attack.
Examples: The water technique Water Colliding Wave uses this form to cover such a large range.


• Ultimate Hijutsu
An ultimate hijutsu is a technique that is modified from start to finish. Going through each and every individual stage of a jutsu. Involving various types of form manipulations, and even adding in natural manipulations in order to create a powerful new technique. Each level the technique generally gets more powerful and having different applications depending on the chakra forms that are used within it. However, the more form manipulations involved the greater the diffuculty of the technique.

Every person gets one Ultimate Hijutsu that they create, and overtime they can choose to continue increasing the power of that Ultimate Hijutsu. Now, as you incorporate more and more Forms the level of diffuculty for the jutsu will increase. With this jutsu, you will be doing multiple word counts. Word counts for an E rank jutsu, D rank jutsu, C rank jutsu, B rank jutsu, A rank jutsu, S rank jutsu, and maybe even S+ rank jutsu. It depends on how you wish to incorporate the various forms.
