Personally, I look to stones for help when it comes to protection, confidence, or stability. Just common, blah, grey stones, ya know? For some reason, that's what does it for me. I'll start out by finding one stone that I feel like I can really connect with. Then, once I have a moment with the stone to get to know its vibrational pattern and to ensure that it works well with mine, I will proceed to find more. Depending on the size available to me, I will pick up more or less stones.
After returning home with these stones, I would find the location that seems to be the height of the problem, and I would make a circle of stones to sit in. (nothing extravagant, but like I said, stones do it for me.) Then I sit and meditate within the circle for a bit, with my primary stone clutched firmly in hand. After I get a rushing electric feeling, I envision all the energy runnig through my hand and into the stone. Then once I feel exhausted, I will go to the area that I feel is causing trouble in my house, and I will push the stone against it, say a little prayer, and envision all the energy closing a great big hole until the feeling that I am endangered has passed.
Now this is clearly not a good method for when you are walking about, but I read that druids would sometimes tie a circle of rocks around themselves, so that they would always be safe within their portable circle.
Just one idea. If you don't like it or it doesn't work, don't give up, there's a lot more ideas swimming around here! ^_^ Goodluck

Thanks but It has been over now. I after posting this felt really threatened like it wanted to hurt me and I called up one of my friends to talk to hoping they could hope because no one was on here at that time and well. Yeah little to say I'm still alive and okay but I don't know what happened.

One recommendation I would make is the color red. Possibly a red cloth panel on the wall, or maybe some sort of ribbon. It is highly believed amongst many Eastern beliefs that this is a sound color in warding off ill will, disease, demons, misfortune, and other things of the like.
The color red is also used in cases for dissolving or absolving the tie of demons and illness to a person. Sometimes other methods are used as well, but this will be the one I recommend in any cases you may encounter in the future.
So I wish good luck to you. smile

Wow I can tell you were worried - your typing is all over the place and crying?? Try the red cloth - that would be perfect since it's your fav colour! But I gotta ask, did you see anything while you were home? That shadow following the bus reminds me of the shadow that was in the trees while walking down the road at night with some friends a couple years ago. (and here I go with the watering eyes again... stare ) I could just ask you in person tomorrow, but maybe the group would like to know too? You said you saw a shadow following you home. When did it start? at the beginning of the bus ride, at school? Half-way home (possibly passing a graveyard or someone's house...could have been a spirit in a house, maybe?) And again, you said that you had a bad vibe. Anything more? Sounds? Temperature? See anything? Yeah, definitely try the red cloth thing. Sounds like a good idea to me. (And also, I don't know how well it would work, but try and give yourself confidence. If someone's here that isn't welcome in your house, just tell them politely that they are bothering you, please leave.)

Get a dog. Honest. If they're not reacting to anything you should be pretty much fine, right? And turn the TV on, that tends to make people feel more at ease.

We have a dog named magic but she was freaking out barking at things that I don't think were there and whinnying at one point like someone slapped her or hit her. thats the main thing that weirded me out and she wouldn't leave my side like it wanted to hurt me or something.
