Did anyone cave like i did and read the 12 chapter release that Stephenie Meyer put on her website?
It would be nice if i didn't feel like i was the only one who did that... sweatdrop

nope I ain't betraying her, I will wait for her to release the book out, or I won't read it (unless she decides to TOTALLY cut off the project and spill some coffee on her drafts)... I read the first chapter way before the controversy though and I know this book will be amazing

I read the first chapter way before the controversy though and I know this book will be amazing I'm on the same page as you. (Literally.) I know she'll more than likely end up publishing it. She loves her fan base and her characters too much not to. I can't wait for the book to be published. I can't wait to read the rest of it! biggrin

I haven't read it, as I don't like reading books over the internet. I'd rather wait for it to come out as a book. Although, I found the first chapter awesome, and I can't wait for Midnight Sun!

I read it, and I thought it was amazing. I think she should just publish the freaking thing and give the fans back their beloved vampires. I don't really care right now if I am not being a 'totally loyal fan' because she is in my opinion making the fans suffer over something that she chose to do.
Anyway yes, again it was amazing.

It's the only book without a red, black, and white theme on the cover.

I did, but only because she posted it. I would never have read the leaked copy.
Ugh! It was so great and it stopped about two chapters before my favorite chapter in Twilight (Mind Over Matter) which made me really sad. OMG I hope she finishes it.

I totally agree. And since she posted it, it's kind of like her advertising the book anyway. I bet ya that if and when she (most likely when) she releases the book it will sell more than it wouild have orginally.

Alice Marie Whitlock It's the only book without a red, black, and white theme on the cover. xDDD Good point.
I've read only the first chapter of Midnight Sun and didn't read the rest of the available Midnight Sun on SM's site.
I thought it was okay; at least I gained some insight in Edward's world :B
